Sparkletime Cleaning Service

After moving into a home in Fulton MD, I have now used Sparkletime 3 times and have been very pleased. The first time was for a "entire house deep clean". Then an upholstery and rug steam cleaning. And now I am using them on a bi-monthly basis to do regular cleanings to my home. I was most pleased with the responsiveness of the owner. I asked for the upholstery and rug cleaning with very little notice and he was able to get in and do it within a few days. When I ask questions, he responds back quickly. The quality of his cleaners are good and they provide good services. When I ask questions or want something to get extra attention, they are pleased to do the work. Each time the cleaners have showed up at the time expected. I will continue to use this company and highly recommend them.

cleaned all surfaces, including shelves, three bathrooms, vacuumed, washed and treated all wood floors, cleaned kitchen countertops, exterior cabinets, exterior appliances and applied stainless steel cleaner, finished basement. Hard working crew. Very professional. Owner stopped by at the end of the day to assess my satisfaction. Will use again.

They were unable to do the type of cleaning that I need, so I requested a refund.

The providers cleaned my house very thoroughly. They took their time and cleaned meticulously. The only complaint that I have is that they arrived two hours late. I was called at the time that they should have been at my house and was told that they were "running late." I was going to be home anyway so it was not going to cause me any hardship. However, they were still cleaning when I would normally begin making dinner. I would have them back because their work was good; however, if they were late again, I would be finished with them.

They did an excellent job. They were really thorough. My floors looked great. My bathroom looked great. Overall, they did a very good job. It was money well spent. The quality was great. The only question that I have is they used Murphy's oil to clean my floors and somebody told me that it's not good for floors. I don't know how true it is but my floors were amazing when they were done. I would highly recommend them to anybody. They are not dog-friendly and requested me to lock my dog up. My wife was able to move the dog to where they were not.

It took them a week to come out after I purchased the Big Deal. They were good at communication. They showed up on time and definitely did a good job.

They were very nice, very warm and friendly, accommodated me in terms of scheduling, however I felt that there were some details that were missed during cleaning (baseboards, and dusting of pictures). The things that they did they did well.

She worked steadily and thoroughly, cleaning the house. Very pleasant and hardworking.

The two women were both very nice. I asked them to wipe the baseboards which were not included and they kindly did. They did do what was stated in the deal. I noticed after they left that they had not cleaned the dust from the hardwood floors which were under the beds. The beds are not low to the floor. I just assumed that would be included. The cleaning was ok but I would definitely not consider it a deep cleaning, just an ordinary two-week house cleaning. For the price, it definitely is not worth it. They were only here two hours. For another 100.00 I could have gotten another Angie's List deal where they would have provided 16 man hours of labor covering more than one visit. I really expected your company to be here more than what totals the four man hours they were here. They were dropped off and picked back up in a car by someone, unmarked. Not professional for a company I didn't think. . They didn't seem to have many cleaning supplies with them. All in all, I was disappointed by the entire experience, even though the woman were courteous. I would not use the company again. Very expensive for what they did in my small home of 1200 sq. ft. The deal included houses up to 3500 sq. ft. From now on, I will hire a company that states upfront the number of hours of service they will be providing.

We brought the big deal for the whole house deep cleaning. They were very quick in scheduling the cleaning and made sure it was done when I needed it. The workers were very professional and did a great job. Would definitely use again.

The ladies were punctual, brought all their own supplies, and whisked through the house! They made up six beds in advance of holiday visitors and cleaned the floors, baths & kitchen. Very pleased!

They did a very good job. The best thing I liked is the window I rarely open was fixed by the owner who came back and took care of that for me as he reclosed the window. The house was cleaned well and they were professional. I would use them again.

You can find a great introduction at http://www.ada.gov/ada_intro.htm In other words, your refusal is breaking a law with very severe penalties ("penalties of up to $55,000 for the first violation"). That's not what you want and neither do we. Most importantly to us, everything you have said implies that you are will to do what you can to protect our children. It went very well. 3 person team was really quick cleaning all 3 levels of my single family house. Brought their own cleaning supplies and vacuum. Just what we needed before having family over for Thanksgiving.

These ladies were excellent. We will definitely use them again.

They did not arrive until 3:30 when we asked for morning service. She was very nice and did great on the first couple of rooms but rushed and did not do a thorough job with the rest of the house.

The entire crew was efficient, very thorough, and friendly. They were quite accommodating as we completed removal of all remaining personal items from premises. The steam cleaning was top notch, and very thorough. All members of the crew should be commended on their timeliness, professionalism, and work ethic. I would not hesitate to hire them again. Sorry the review is a few months old, I am in the military and have been enduring remote training and a permanent change of station.

It was a good value for what we got. They came a little late and they were some problem with the scheduling. They were not able to show up when they said they would. That was a bit disappointment. They were not able to do the work on the day they said they would. They did good work and the people who came were very nice. The price was ok.

The services were not performed because I was told that my residence is outside of the service area. It would be nice if they had servicing areas listed on the deal.

The name sparkle clean is the perfect name, because that is how the house looked after Yety finished. I recommend this company. The house look great and was super clean.

Good job. One person who worked very hard.

They are very good. Everything was spic and span and they did everything we asked them to do.
