Very poor. The company sent a very misleading letter implying that they had done pest control work on our newly purchased home. We contacted our builder, who confirmed that they never used Southern Pest Control. We do not want other homeowners fooled by this tactic.
Description of Work: Pest/Termite Control. Did not actually do any work; but sent letter to us implying that they had. Letter states, "... been trying to contact you regarding our termite warranty...been unable to do so... did not receive a response from our earlier letter ... discuss this important matter with you. This letter will be our final effort to contact you..."

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. BASED ON THE CONTRACT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO COME OUT EVERY THREE MONTHS BUT THEY HAVE ONLY COME OUT TWICE IN THE PAST YEAR. IF I AM NOT HERE, THEY DO NOT SPRAY THE WHOLE HOUSE, YOU HAVE TO WATCH THEM TO MAKE SURE THEY DO.
