Ants and bug disappeared within two days

The people that I dealt with were nice enough, the price of $49 seemed fantastic, but the spraying did nothing to deter the ants. The ants were back that same day. I contacted a different exterminator that we had used in the past, and he got the job done the next day- no more ants. In hindsight, I should've contacted Southern Pest Control to tell them their spray didn't work. Maybe they would have re-sprayed, maybe they wouldn't have. In the end, I felt like the price was too good to be true, I wanted to avoid a potential argument and another period of waiting for them to return.

They were prompt, quick, and knowledgeable. When we found a bug within the period for a call-back, they were quick to come back and retreat for no extra charge. That was the last of the bedbugs. The only reason for a lower grade on the price is that it seemed very $ for the amount of time they spent in my house. However, the company really knows what it is doing.

The exterminator was on time and very professional.

Was no ants for about a week, but now I have the same issue.

He was on time and professional. He explained what he was going to do. I was told I should leave the house while he sprayed and stay away for at least 1 hour after he sprayed. I refused to leave while he sprayed but did leave after he finished. Also, last year when I used this company they put traps in the basement but not this time,. When I asked about it I was told with a one time treatment they did not do that and it should not have been done last year. That I was not happy with.

The initial treatment was scheduled, however it rained that day. The technician was able to spray on the inside of the house. He did not spray on the outside perimeter. we still had ants coming in to the house. A second call to the vendor to explain the situation and they sent a second technician to re-spray inside and out.

Monte, the service tech, was a total gentleman and a delight to have in our home. As Pam, the sales rep, had explained, we saw more ants for the first few days after the service, then noticeably less. I'm currently considering signing on for their yearly service contract.

It went well. Due to weather, it had to be scheduled 3 times (rained the first 2 scheduled times)

I am very sorry to give anyone a bad review and possibly this bad experience was just a fluke. But the man who came here lacked even basic knowledge of extermination. In numerous ways he revealed his lack of experience and knowledge. He shoved his toe in the dirt and said a bush was attracting ants without even leaning over to pretend to look at the ground. He wanted to kill everything for a perimeter of 10-20 feet around our house. How is that environmentally sound? He did dispense gel filled packs for indoors which was fine but I specifically did not want any products near our bird feeders as the ant granules look like seed. Despite this request he spread it for about 8 feet and then actually denied putting down ant granules in this location, blaming it on the wind. Oh my gosh. It was a bad visit. I write this in hopes that they can use better providers.

Efficient. ..ants have returned to kitchen counters. .. I sprayed myself last night and hope the ants are eradicated.

He did a good job. The guy who came out was polite and efficient.

Great! He came, laid the traps and I've not heard a squeak, seen droppings or smelled them since. He was quick, efficient and very professional. I bought a one time treatment.

Professional service at competitive prices. Only ever see the occasional bug around time to schedule next treatment. I will continue to use them and recommend them.

The service was amazing. Jhonathan was early for the appointment and immediately diagnosed what my problem was and how to solve it. He also gave recommendations to prevent it from happening again. After that, He treated the exterior and informed me of everything I could expect after the service was done. By the way, if you see small black flies that are really a nuisance more than anything, it could be drain flies. It was in my case.

They gave us mouse glue traps which were ineffective for rats. We found the proper ones for rats at a hardware store that have pools of gel:glue in them. Although the exterminators were professional, punctual and polite, I was disappointed that they couldn't provide the correct equipment to solve our problem.

Great. They also come out at request, rather than monthly or quarterly. No extra charge.

Sufficient. They didn't take their shoes off.

I was very satisfied with the applied treatment.
