Description of Work: The guy was curteous, sprayed nook and corners even in my crawl space and thoroughly around exterior wall deck and even around dead tree so on. They left me extremly satisfied.

Description of Work: They exterminate around the outside of my home to make sure that I didn't have any pests coming in.

Description of Work: Signed them up to provide termite protection. Very good customer service. Cheaper than prior provider.

Description of Work: They did what I contracted for as far as termite control. However, when I called to get an additional service for mice which had just occurred in late April, I would have to pay for a complete service for all pests for an additional $211.00 and do so within 5 days. I thought they should have been able to provide just the mice issue at a lower cost. I eventually got rid of the mice myself.

Description of Work: I live in Silver Spring and they have come out every time I need them. They eliminated my field-mice problem and ant problem. One of the techs was able to locate where the mice were getting in. They come out and spray around the house and if needed inside the house. I have also used them to eliminate a wasp nest in my shed. I hope they keep up the good work, I'm sure ill be calling them often this summer. I will most likely renew my contract if they continue to demonstrate great service.
