About us

All Oxi Fresh Employees are highly trained full-time technicians, specializing in Commercial and Residential Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning. We do not use independent contractors. All employees are highly trained and taught not only how to do a great job cleaning, but also how to leave your home - nice and neat when we leave. We wear shoe covers and put down tarps/towels on your hardwood floors. You wont be left with a mess to clean up afterwards like many other subcontractors. If you are looking for a commercial cleaning job to be done - we work 7/24 to serve our commercial customers. We have a large crew, so we can 'get in and get out' as soon as possible. Carpets are typically dry in 1-2 hours, which gives us the ability to clean doctors offices, restaurants and large office buildings without disrupting your business. We accept checks and major credit card. Payment is due at the time of service.

Description of Work: Cleaned my parents carpet through out their condo. Spot treated heavily soiled areas. Did not use carpet rake to pull deep down soil up. Overall carpet looks much better but still some soil. Ordering carpet rake to perform this myseld.

Description of Work: Cleaned carpets in living room, dining room and stairs. Initially the carpets looked great but two and a half months later, they seem to have gotten dirty again quickly. Used them before and did not have this problem.

Description of Work: Oxi-Fresh cleaned 7 areas of carpeting in our home. This process was different from others we have used in the past and appeared to do a good job of cleaning. The procedure used allowed the carpeting to dry within 90 minutes of completion. There were a couple of tough spots that appeared to be gone when the provider was completing the service but reappeared about a week later when the carpet was good and dry. I would have liked to have had them treated with a more diligent spot cleaner with the hopes that they would not have come back. The agent who provided the service was very courteous and efficient in his work. I did prefer this method over the steam cleaning companies we have used in the past. The price was very reasonable in that we had a coupon and I would recommend Oxifresh of Columbia to other customers.
