Description of Work: Did not do a follow up vacuum to pick up residuals from cleaning. Did come out again to make the finished services look better.

Description of Work: Everything was great and the cleaning removed stains I did not expect to come clean. Corporate office never called to schedule appointment (had to call them). Never received confirmation email promised by corporate office. Would use again.

Description of Work: They were unaware my purchase was through Angie's list. My computer was down, so I couldn't find a copy of my receipt, except for on my Iphone. If I wasn't able to produce it they were not going to honor my pricing. They did not know what was included in my service and were not willing to honor what I could not prove. They said they have no way to prove what I ordered. The cleaner, although polite was prepared to clean one of my couches without protecting my oriental rugs beneath and said, believing the solution used was regular cleaning solution and shouldn't hurt it. The couch when finished had water spots. This was not my experience last time I used them. It's possible the water spots could be a problem with the couch, but the disorganization was theirs to own. The technician was willing to clean an additional chair I requested however without prior planning

Description of Work: Used a Groupon for 6 areas. Rep was very serious & knowledgeable about carpet cleaning. My carpets hadn't been professionally cleaned in 15+ years. Rep was concerned about being able to get them clean so he offered to let me refund the Groupon. I'm declined and carpets turned out very well. I liked that using less water helped carpet to dry faster.

Description of Work: I was so impressed with how clean Oxi Fresh was able to get the carpets in our rental property. My tenants had used Groupons, etc. to have the carpets cleaned in the past, but they weren't very clean. They were after Oxi Fresh left. It was truly night and day. Would use them over and over again.

Description of Work: They cleaned all the carpet in my basement which was filthy, including spot cleaning the tough spots. My carpet looks brand new!
