I called Earl Robinson after he was referred to me from a friend who was very satisfied with her carpet cleaning service. I set up an appointment immediately to have my carpets cleaned after a birthday party with children had left them dingy. They showed up on time, acted in a professional manner, explained what I could expect as a result and finished within a reasonable time frame. I was also surprised at how affordable they were! I will definitely be using them after the holidays as well!

We called to arrange a date for service and they were able to schedule us fairly quickly. As mentioned above, they were prompt. We only had two rooms and a hallway cleaned (we had already moved the 'movable' furniture out of the rooms), and it was pretty quick, with no problems during the process.

The guy doing work arrived on time. Was polite and made sure he did not track any dirt into the house. Spent a lot of time getting all stains out.

We ended up cancelling our scheduled service call as we obtained a comprehensive cleaning service for the entire house that included the floor service to be performed by Oxi-Fresh. It was simply more cost and time-effective for us to go with the other service provider that was offering additional, unrelated services. Despite the above, the appointment with Oxi Fresh was easy to schedule and our interactions with the company were positive. The price seemed very good, too. We will consider using them in the future.

The service was wonderful. I called on a Friday morning, and they were able to schedule us for an appointment on Saturday morning! This was really good, as our dogs had recently had a few pee accidents in the house, and we had been unsuccessful in getting the smell out of the carpet. The technician arrived promptly on Saturday morning, and as we did a walk through of the house, he explained the entire cleaning process to me. He was very nice and answered all of my questions in detail. I asked if we would need extra cleaning service for the dog stains, and he said that their basic cleaning would take care of it! This was really great, as we've used other services that required additional products to get the stains out (which of course added to the cost). The technician finished in about 2 hours, and because of the very little water they use, the carpet he started with was almost dry by the time he left. They use all natural products that are safe for kids and dogs to walk on immediately, which was a big positive since we have 2 dogs and a 3 year old. Overall, the service was fantastic, the carpet looks great, the smell is gone, and the price was awesome! I would definitely use Oxi Fresh again!

John arrived right on time. He worked non stop for several hours. The carpets looked great and the stains were removed. The price seemed fair. John was very professional, seems very proud of his work.

They did a great job picking up some very old stains. A little on the pricey side, but the floors were dry within 2 hours - a big plus for me!

I am totally pleased with them. He was on time. He told me what is going to do and additional service may have been needed because we had cats so they did bring some kind freshener.

The service was excellent. When I called to schedule they were able to come the same day. The technician who came was very professional and thorough. There was a lot of dog hair in the house and he took the extra care and time to make sure that it was cleaned well.

It was a Big Deal that I purchased. They did a good job cleaning the carpet because it was pretty stained and it looks brand new. There was a little bit of a hassle. We had initially scheduled the appointment for a Friday morning and then someone had a family emergency and they needed to cancel and move it to the next day. I had already taken off from work and had everything lined up. I called and rescheduled with the owner. The guy that was coming out was kind of complaining about the time. Once we got past all that, it was fine and they did a great job. Setting up the appointment was a little annoying. I understood the family emergency but the guy didn’t want to drive to Baltimore and back because of the way his schedule was set up. It was kind of a "not my problem situation". The owner was very accommodating but the staff was trying to set the appointment for what was convenient for them and not necessarily convenient for me. In the end they did come on the day they were supposed to, just not at the time, but they did a great job and it was okay.

The provider was courteous, and efficient in doing the job. He was about 1/2 hour late because of a huge traffic problem, but he was very apologetic and gave us a cleaning of 1 area for free to make up for it. The carpets were cleaned quickly, without lingering chemical smells or dampness underfoot. I felt good not having chemicals on the floor which are of concern to my lungs and my pet's paws. I would absolutely have this company come to do my floors again.

The serviceman was very pleasant and did the job efficiently. He explained why he liked Angie's list -- he did good quality work and, through Angie's List, he got good customers who were pleasant and wanted good work rather than the lowest price. Those people would argue about it and who would be swayed by a lower price the next time, without regard to quality of service. It was the easiest carpet cleaning we have ever had, and the carpets looked great when finished. I would definitely use him again.

Technician called, arrived when scheduled, perform the service for approximately 2 hours, and all carpets were dry within 2 hours after. Technician payed special attention to the stairways. Just FYI that post purchase of service each additional room or stairway is $39.00. Highly recommended and will use again. Thank you.

The company was very easy to work with; especially after I had to reschedule my appointment - very flexible. The gentleman came to my house, explained everything that he would do in detail, and was in and out in no time. While my carpet was not in the best condition to begin with, I feel that my dog can breathe a little bit better now that the carpets have been cleaned. I received a call to confirm the technician was on the way. My appointment was was scheduled for 5:30 and the technician actually arrived early. I had a Groupon to get three rooms cleaned for $49 and elected to pay additional changes to get the rest of the carpet in my house cleaned. The technician did a walk-through with me to determine what needed to be cleaned. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The carpet in the basement and on the stairs were severely stained and I was doubtful they could be removed. I was pleasantly surprised - my carpet looks like new! The technology used by Oxi Fresh does not require any water. The carpets were treated with two types of spray and the Oxi Fresh machine (waterless) was simply run over the carpet. The carpets were dry within 90 minutes. Following the carpet cleaning the technician ran a hand vac on the stairs to remove remaining debris from the crevices. Again, this is not something I would have expected. Once all the work was completed, the technician requested I walk through to make sure the work was satisfactory. He also explained that sometimes if too many chemicals are used the carpet has a tendency to get "crunchy" when you walk on it after it dries. Since he used a lot of chemicals, which by the way were odorless, to clean the carpet in the basement he wanted me to be aware of the potential issue. He also explained that if the carpet did get "crunchy" I should call and he would come back to the house and take action to eliminate the problem. As of today no issues have been noted. The carpet looks great! I would most definitely use this company again!

Amazing! We have light colored carpeting that has been in our house for over 8 years. We have two kids and a cat, so you can imagine the stuff we had on our carpeting! Oxi Fresh got out every last stain on our carpet and it looks brand new! If I had known they did such a great job, I'd have done it yearly. Amazing.

They got out stains others could not. Very professional and friendly. Will definitely use again.
