Everything went really well. They showed up on time, were polite, and I would use them again in the future.

John here on time, and finished in less than one hour. Everything looks good.

The technician was very informative and friendly. He showed up on time and I did not have any problems. The carpet was cleaned with a light spray and a machine which appeared to have worked. It is not your typical water and suction carpet cleaning however.

There was no issue with this vendor. I purchased the Store Front deal prior to moving into my new house. However, when the home was vacated the carpet was in worse condition than anticipated and needed to be replaced and not cleaned, so I got a refund from Angie's List. The company was very easy to contact and work with and I would recommend them based on their customer service.

It went very well. The gentleman who was supposed to come got in a car accident, he called another gentleman so that I could keep my scheduled appointment, I thought that was very nice. He did an excellent job. I will use them for an every 6 month cleaning.

Everything went great with Oxi Fresh. The tech arrived at 7:00 am on the dot and got right to work. The carpets turned out great and the whole house smelled wonderful. I think the price was more than fair too!

After purchasing the service thru Angie's List, my wife called to make an appointment. My wife described the carpets as very dirty and stained and the person on the phone gave a figure that would be an additional charge. I found this odd that someone would make the determination of how much over the phone. When the service person came out, it was clear that there was little communication between the headquarters and the local vendor. The service person stated that the carpet was not likely to get fully clean with their standard cleaning solution and a more powerful solution would be required at an additional charge and - because they are a green company - this solution was much more expensive. I agreed to the use of the better solution but was not happy about it. I was surprised to see the equipment the rep used. I was expecting heavy-duty equipment and that was not the case. Because of the extra dirt and stains, the rep stated that it took more than twice the normal time. Considering the lack of heavy duty equipment and the condition of the carpet, I was impressed with the results. While everything didn't come out of the carpet, it was a vast improvement for the cost and the carpet was pretty dry. I was a little bothered by the statement that the rep believed he could have gotten more of the stains out if he wasn't restricted to green products. To others that would consider this service, I would recommend them if your carpets are mildly dirty with no hard stains and green is important to you. If going green is not particularly important and you are concerned about some difficult stains, I'd suggest you look elsewhere. Further, like I try to remember myself, get all costs up front. I'm finding more and more service folks that find a reason why my particular job will cost more than the prepaid cost.

Oxi Fresh did such a wonderful job! Stains were gone immediately and have not returned. The carpet was dry within several hours with no odor at all! Also, products used are better for environment. I am very pleased and would happily refer everyone to this company!

I purchased a Big Deal from OxiFresh for 3 rooms of carpet cleaning and a hallway.....scheduling the appointment was easy and I could have had an appointment the next day if I was available! John came to do the work and was very friendly and professional, explaining their cleaning process and the pros of using OxiFresh (less water, fast drying, environmentally friendly and safe). The carpets looked great and the house smells fresh!! I was very happy with everything and would definitely use them again.

Arrived promptly. Spot cleaned the carpets and then cleaned and vaccummed carpets. Cleaned sectional with sponge and foam over the counter product....I could have done that. I thought it would be a professional product, and did a fair job, but found several sections he missed. The chairs in the kitchen also had alot of stains, but they did come very clean at all. I did a better job with my Bissel over the summer. The dining room chairs, were done fair also, but not to my expectation.

Ken was very professional and did a great job. He was running about 15 minutes late and called to say so, which I really appreciated. When he arrived he explained how their process worked and get the job done quickly. He was even able to remove some stains that I thought were permanent. The carpets look great and smell fresh again. We will definitely use them twice a year.

Purchased new home and prior owner had cats. Rugs appeared clean but I wanted them cleaned due to severe cat allergies. Rugs were obviously cleaner, not soaking wet (dry within an hour!). I was not there due to work but family member said the machine removed so much cat hair it would have filled a grocery bag. That was a pleasant surprise as the rugs had no visible hair/dirt. I bought Angie's list deal to have 3 rooms cleaned up to 700 sq ft. Staircase counts as a room. When I booked I misunderstood deal as 3 rooms or 700 sq ft. One small bedroom and dormer sitting rooms did not get done in lieu of a large are rug downstairs. I could have added rooms on for addt'l cost but I wasn't present to provide the extra payment. Overall it worked out well. Carpets smell clean but not perfumey at all. Will use again and recommend to others

Tthey were timely, thorough and very willing to do what they could to make sure i was happy. They explained what they did and how their cleaning was different from others They showed me where there was alot of cleaning needed and where there wasn't. I have light carpets and 2 dogs, including a black lab. They showed me both the results and what was removed from each location. I was a little surprised what i thought was clean really wasn't and what i thought wasn't was better than i thought. . I would use them again.

On time and under budget! Ken was great. Punctual, courteous and efficient. My carpets needed to be cleaned after sustaining water damage ala Sandy and now they look fantastic - even better than before the storm. Best of all, my quoted price was actually a little higher than the actual cost. Ken was honest and only had me pay for what services he provided, even though i was over-quoted.

This was a great experience. Ken did my sun parlor, living room and dining room, plus my stairs for $99.00. The system used very little water, but the result was spectacular. The carpets looked so much brighter and were dry by that afternoon. It only took about 30 minutes to do the job. I was so pleased.

This was a very good experience from scheduling the appointment to having the job finished. I didn't have to wait too long to schedule the appointment. Also, the person on the phone was very helpful letting me know what coupons they had available. They also gave me a quote over the phone, and their price was much cheaper (some times half as much) as other companies I called. The technician who came to the house (I wish I could remember his name - I think it was something like Winston) arrive on time. He was very professional and efficient and it was evident that he took pride in the quality of his work. He first went through the whole house with me to see the rooms he would be cleaning. He went over every stain with me. Of course, he told me there were no guarantees that the stains would come out, but he seemed pretty certain that most of them would come out. He even told me he coule probably get out a stain from red candle wax on my off-white carpet - a stain I thought was never coming out. Plus, there were numerous pet stains throughout. He got right to work and was very efficient. To my amazement, most of the stains - including the red stain from the dye in the candle wax - came out. He also moved a lot of furniture that I didn't expect (e.g. moved coaches etc.) so he was able to clean some parts that I didn't expect would get cleaned. The Oxi Fresh cleaning method supposedly uses less water than steam cleaning and is supposed to dry pretty quickly. For the most part, that was true and most of the rooms were completely dry within 3 to 4 hours. There were a couple of rooms that did not have good air flow (from windows and/or a ceiling fan) like the living room and the upstairs hallway area. It was probably 24 hours or so before they were completely dry, but that was understandable.

The work was done promptly, cheerfully, effectively, and at a reasonable price. I was very satisfied with OxiFresh, especially since they're so environmentally friendly.

Purchased a Big Deal with Angie's List. He came and cleaned the fabric and I wasn't happy. I called him that same day and he came back the next day with a different machine. He wanted to make sure we were happy with the work. he said if we have any questions or problems he would come back and fix them.

Tenants had left the carpet in my house in pretty bad condition with many stains all over. John and Ken arrived on time, were very professional and friendly. They worked hard. The carpet came out very clean except for a few very hardened stains.

John was a few minutes late but he did call and let me know that he would be due to traffic, this is an A+ attitude in my mind. Hate waiting around for an appointment with no idea where the person is. He did a wonderful job, even with the 'fresh" stains that were made the night before when I moved my couch. The cost was good, I didn't mind paying the price quoted because of the good job he did, though I wish he would have explained why it was the quoted price even though we did not have to do all the items quoted. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned, they did a fantastic job!!
