They were amazing. My carpets look brand new without any harmful chemicals that could hurt my dogs or children. The even guarantee their work! If I find a stain that he missed, I can call within 7 days and he will come back out for free. Awesome! We will be calling them again!

We are very happy with this service provider. We wanted to clean the wall to wall carpeting of our 2 BR condo prior to listing it with a realtor. We booked the appointment 8 days in advance. The OxiFresh employee arrived exactly on time and spent 1hr 15 minutes cleaning the carpets. We had removed all furniture which allowed him to clean all portions of the carpet. He pretreated the entire carpet with a spray and then went over the entire carpet with his machine. He was able to remove several stains and greatly improve the appearance of heavily heavily soiled high traffic areas. We were afraid that we would have to replace the carpet before listing the condo, but after cleaning by OxiFresh we are confident that it will show well.

I purchased a deal with Angie's list for $89.00 for 3 rooms and 1 hallway carpet cleaning. I added on the protective coating on the carpet for $60.00 (this was 1/2 price according to the technician) and also added a cleaning of 1 sofa, 1 loveseat, and 1 recliner. This made the total $360.00 for the cleaning. I thought that $211 was pricey for the furniture but the furniture really needed a cleaning. Some of the stains didn't come out on the loveseat. The carpet looked new after the cleaning was complete! The technician was prompt (even came early!) and was very nice and professional. The carpet was dry after about an hour which was wonderful!

good angies list deal, very prompt, called before arriving, goes over the services beforehand carpet was already pretty clean, having been installed a year ago, frizzee type of carpet so couldn't tell how clean it got during the visit...when my wife came home, she knew of the 'dirty' spots where our child colored on and it didn't get those spots off, the vacuum brushes left a 'dirty rag' smell in the last room but went away the next morning but overall, it went well

We had a special Angie's List deal of carpet cleaning of 3 rooms for $99. The person setting up the appointment was helpful and friendly. Ken arrived punctually and gave us a full explanation of the materials used and what to expect. He completed his work very quickly and thoroughly. He removed many long-standing spots on the carpet and improved the overall look considerably. As he explained, there was no chemical odor, just a pleasant odor. He answered our questions at the conclusion of the service. We will definitely call Oxi Fresh again and highly recommend the company to our associates.

Ken arrived 1 minute before actual appt time (excellent!) He reviewed the carpets, used a pre-cleaning solution for the dirtiest areas, explained the process to me entirely. The machine he uses is not much larger than an upright vacuum. (I am thinking, "Is this really going to do the trick???) My carpets had NOT been cleaned in years (shameful) He was done in less than 45 mins I was AMAZED... My carpets looked brand new ! And barely damp. One hour later they were dry, except for the heavily pre-treated areas. That only took a couple of hrs more. The carpet feels a tad stiff when dry, but a vacuuming fluffs everything soft again. LOVED THIS PROCEDURE. And the company deducted the cost of not doing the hallway, reducing my fee to $74.

Punctual, knowledgable, friendly, explained the process in depth. In and out and carpets appeared much cleaner.

Service technician Ken arrived 10 minutes early for the appointment. He took a quick tour and then told us what he was going to do and how. He explained that the cleaning solution only uses a minimum amount of water so that the carpet would dry in a short period of time. He started immediately and was finished in about an hour. He even 'strengthened' the Oxi solution to attack the stains that needed it. True to his word, the carpet looked better than it has in many years (including all the times I spent with my machine pretty much wasting my time). We even had him clean the carpet on our stairwell. EVERYTHING he did looks amazing. I truly didn't expect him to be completely successful because it was so old. Between his equipment and his magic solution and his expertise, we now have a carpet we can be proud of for at least a few more years. I'm hoping that if we have him back a couple times a year, maybe we can put off replacing it indefinitely. That depends on the dogs. THANKS KEN AND OXI FRESH

The representative arrived on time and explained the entire process from start to finish. He also explained the type of chemicals they use and the process for cleaning. We spoke about the areas that were to be cleaned and he went to work. He was finished within an hour and the carpet looked great.

The technician (whose name I am not positive of, Tom, I think) called in advance, arrived on time, completed a walk through and went directly to work. He had his work cut out for him and he did an Excellent job! He was curtious, hard working and knew his craft. I saw a HUGE difference. I will be using this company again, for sure!

I needed the carpets cleaned in my townhouse as it is now a rental property. My first impression of this company was very positive. I bought two coupons from Angie's List not realizing I wasn't supposed to. Oxy Fresh management honored both coupons. What can I say? They definitely receive my vote for best company! I can't remember his name, but the man who came out was very knowledeable and professional. He was very punctual and the whole house was cleaned in exactly 3 hours - as promised! This company uses so little water that the carpets dry very quickly, too. These carpets are over 9 years old and came out looking close to brand new! I was most impressed!! Fantastic job and well worth the money! I mentioned that I will definitely be using their services in my new home when necessary.

He came when he said he would, he got along with the dogs well although I put them outside while he did the actual cleaning. These are giant longhaired dogs, so it was quite a job but he didn't complain although it took longer than he expected. When he was finished, the furniture looked great. I was really impressed.

The overall job went very well from arrival to completion.

Our appointment was scheduled promptly and the special was good, $75 for 650 sq. ft. of carpet with an extra $38. for stairs. Our service technician called ahead and arrived on time. He said that our carpet only needed a mild solution but added extra strength for what he thought was a dirt patch which actually was a shadow caused by the light coming through the doors. We were encouraged to call if we had any concerns after he left but we did not, thinking what was done was done. We would like to know what caused our carpet texture to change and how to get our soft carpet feel again.

John arrived on time and explained the cleaning process before beginning the work. The only challenge in the job was to treat a small area of carpet stained by an oil-based paint and the results were very good even though the stain was months old. John cleaned an extra upholstered chair since my furniture was on the small side and there were no other major cleaning issues. The cleaning process was fast and there was very little odor associated with it. Everything dried within a couple of hours. I was happy to pay for the service.

They did very good job and team was very courteous and efficient. Would recommend them and use them again. Also, like that they are a "green" company.

Did an excellent job. I was surprised with the simple equipment used but it looked great when he was done. Will use again soon on house we just moved out of. Cant beat the deal and its dry in two hours!

Let me start by saying this all started as a search for a carpet cleaning company in the area this morning. I called OxiFresh at 10:20am we were trying to make an appointment for next week sometime and then Stephanie asked if 2pm TODAY could work... I said absolutely and she replied would 1pm work ... I said even better!!! She then explained what I should do before their arrival vacuum and moving items out of the way and such and then clarified the pricing and we agreed to go ahead. John arrived promptly at 1pm and introduced himself. Explained he was with OxiFresh and gave me his business card. Before I even invited him in. After coming in he explained he would like to do a walk through to see what was involved and to pre treat any possible trouble spots. He started upstairs and then worked on the lower level. When he was done the upstairs was almost dry and he explained that the entire carpet shoud be dry within 2hrs. The process involved a spray solution and a scrubber machine. The machine was quiet. Even when I was below where he was working. It sounded like nothing more than someone vacuuming. I wish I would have taken some before and after pictures because words can not describe the difference. I knew we had some near impossible stains (nail polish) and some others that previous companies said would not come out. The ones the other companies said would not come out are gone and the nail polish is almost unnoticeable. You need to be standing on top of them to see them. As we are trying to sell our house this service has made a huge difference in the perception of the house. One comment we received consistently was the poor appearance of the carpet.
