This is the third year in a row I have used them - I doubt I'd use anyone else.

Excellent service and results. This is the second time I've used this company. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Worth every penny. The service rep was extremely knowledgable and willing to answer all my questions. I will continue to use this company.

Did a great job on basement carpet but ended up calling them back to redo a few steps and left a voice message, but never heard back from them.

Overall it went well with the job only taking a few hours, but the original scheduled date was missed because their truck broke down. When rescheduled everything went ok.

We were very happy with the quality of the carpet cleaning. Stains were removed and the carpet looked great when the technician left. The carpet was not soaking wet as with previous companies.

I think the name of the person who did it was Devon though i dont remember. He did an EXCELLENT job, very courteous, clean, efficient. Would definitely hire again. EXCELLENT

As always, the Oxi Fresh people showed up on time and explained what they were going to do, asked if there were any special problem areas, and proceeded to do their usual great job.

It worked out very well. Of all the carpet cleaners we have had in the last 11 years, I would give them an A. For price, I don't compare prices. For punctuality, they were right on time. I found them to be very professional. I would tell a friend about the cleanness and the appearance of the carpet when completed. Also, it was not really a wet wash, you could pretty much use it right after it was done. I was pleasantly surprised. It took about 2 hours at the most.

Service was prompt, professional, friendly, and helpful. Would definitely use them again.

The experience with Oxi Fresh of Columbia Carpet Cleaning was good. It was a special deal. They were in and out awfully quick, I actually questioned whether or not he cleaned the whole thing but it looked okay.

I had an appt for 11 am. at 11:20 I called and said nobody had shown up or called. I was put on hold while she attempted to contact the technician. No apology for any inconvenience or the no show. She wasn't able to get a hold of the tech and I was told either the owner or tech would call me and update when I could expect them to arrive. After waiting another 20 minutes for a call from anyone, I called back and told them I still haven't heard from anyone and I would be leaving my home. She said it may take awhile for somebody to call me and she would leave another voicemail for the owner so we could reschedule. Still no "Sorry for the inconvenience". I told the receptionist I wasn't sure I wanted to reschedule, that I wasn't impressed with their customer service. That's when she hung up on me. Yes, hung up on me! I guess I was right about the lack of customer service! I decided to give them another try and not base my opinion on the receptionist. (Bad decision) I did however book it online this time. This time they (manager Ken and trainee) showed up on time. The service consists of them using a hand sprayer of whatever solution they use all over the area to be cleaned. They then use some metal dual roller contraption to beat the solution into/beat the **** out of your carpet. That's it. There's no extraction process. The dirt is still there. They don't do anything other than beat the dirt into the moistened carpet fibers. I took a wet paper towel and rubbed it down into the carpet and it of course comes up dirty. How can it not, the dirt is never removed! Before they left I told the manager about my experience with the receptionist the first time around. He apologized, said he would look into it and call me the next day. He left a message the next day that their call logs showed they called me 5 times and the tech had a picture of my driveway so I was listed as a no show. What a picture of my driveway has to do with anything I'll never know, and I have my own call log from my cell phone showing NO CALLS from them at all. So basically calling me a liar. I called and left another message for him and I've never heard back from him. Aside from the non existent customer. the cleaning process they use simply doesn't work. Dirt can't just magically disappear without some form of extraction. Save your money and use a company with a real carpet cleaning system.

They were on time, even 30 minutes early. They were done with the cleaning in 30 minutes. What i was surprised to see is that the 2 employees drove up in a 2 door nissan altima and were not wearing anything to reflect the company they were working for. They honestly could have been from anywhere except that the receipt showed Oxy Cleaning... My carpet was not dirty to begin with and was vacuumed prior to their arrival. When they left there was dog hair (i have a large black terrier) rolled up and left all over the carpet, I assume the Vacuum they used to wash the carpet did not pick it up and they just left it there. It took me another 15 minutes going around the house picking up the leftover hairs. I expected the carpet to be clean and dirt free after a carpet cleaning. I would not use them again.

The carpets came out very clean. I was hoping the carpet fibers would lift more but this actually required a carpet rake, not just cleaning.

They did a good job. We?re planning on using them again in the future.

They were timely, thorough, and not outrageously expensive. They did a great job and i was happy with the work they did.

They were great. They were wonderful. They came promptly and did a really good job. The carpet looked like new carpet. They were fine. I would happily use them again.

Very well. I used Oxi Fresh in April 2016 to clean the family room and basement carpets, and again in September to clean my bedroom carpets in preparation of selling the house.

It was good. The only thing I'm not pleased with was the pricing. They told me one price and then when the guy came to the house he told me something else. I was hoping that they can do the square feet instead of the rooms and they said they don't do it like that I had to pay for the stairs and the hall ways another $119 so I wasn't pleased with that.

They did a really good job. It is the second time I used them because I was so pleased the first time.
