Purchased a "deal" on Angie's List, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results of the carpet cleaning job done by Oxi-Fresh. Ken, the person who cleaned my carpets, arrived on time, was friendly and professional, and did an excellent job. All of the rooms looked great, and I was amazed at how clean one of the rooms in particular looked. I thought I was going to have to replace the carpet it was so dirty, but Ken did an amazing job and it looks great. I would recommend this company very highly.

The tech was stuck in traffic called to say he would be here later if that was ok. It didn't take long at all to do.

He called when he was on the way and arrived promptly. Explained the process, gave me options on where to use the included stain protector and offered fair advice on if I should purchase it for additional spaces based on how long it will be before I replace the carpet. He was able to remove all of the stains, which I did not expect. He was not able to get rid of the odor of cat urine in one room, but I expected that. When I scheduled the appointment, I was told that they would move small items like end tables but not larger items. That surprised me a bit, since other companies that I've used in the past moved all of the furniture to clean under it and then replaced it and put it on small pieces of wax paper to prevent the furniture stain from leaking into the moist carpet. In my situation, most of the areas that needed to be cleaned were easily accessible and I moved a few larger pieces of furniture before they arrived to assure that the areas I was most concerned about were thoroughly cleaned. This would be my only word of caution for anyone thinking of using Oxi Fresh. I like the fact that everything is environmentally friendly with no harsh chemicals. I will use them again.

Chris was my technician and he was great---professional, accommodating and all around customer friendly. He called about 8:20 to confirm that he would be at my home by the 9:00 a.m. appointed time. He arrived right on time, reviewed the areas to be cleaned and got to work. I had pre-vacuumed and moved most of the small items, but he even offered to help move any of the remaining things and offered to help move things back. While that wasn't really necessary, the offer put a smile on my face. He did a good job cleaning the carpet; I only wish that the machines had attachments that could get into narrow spaces better. I do like the fact that this company's method does not leave you with an overly wet carpet, and even with my high pile it was pretty much dry in about four hours. The price was good because it was "A Big Deal", but regular pricing might be a little high for me. They do offer coupons for followup cleaning. One small problem was scheduling; it was done through a central location and the customer service rep. could not activate the Angie's List coupon, but she worked around it, cheerfully, and managed to make the appointment anyway. Kudos to her! Good job!

Arrived on time. I was expecting to be up-sold or up-charged to remove stains that had been set in for a long time like I had in the past with other companies. I was also expecting a cargo van and two or three guys. John Lawall pulled up in his PT Cruiser and got right to work, just one guy. He said it was their way of doing things that didn't require an extractor or big truck. I had my doubts. It took him a few hours and some hard work but our carpets look great. He removed stains that I expected him to tell me were not coming out. He did a great job, the house smells great and looks even better. I highly recommend OxiFresh and John Lawall.

The person who came was the owner of the franchise. He was on time, very pleasant, and efficient. He explained what we could expect from the cleaning and that was what we got.

The carpet was well cleaned in the areas where the he did clean. His pitch was canned and patronizing. His demonstration of cleanliness--the chevron pattern made by the machine--was pure fantasy. The next time we will find a provider who will move the heavier furniture and do all the carpet. For what he did, the price was reasonable and the results have held up.

The guy did an awesome job. Turned up on time, was polite and efficient. Treated a couple of small stains, then cleaned all carpets in both bedroom and on stairs. Carpet was left looking great, all clean and 'fluffed' up and was dry about an hour later. very happy and would def. use again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. It was okay. It wasn't the greatest deal. The carpet didn't look much different after they came. The carpet didn't even look like it had been vacuumed and it had marks in it. It looked like it had been raked instead of vacuumed. It was very stiff from the residue. The price would have been fine if the job had been acceptable. We bought it because of the price and we wouldn't buy it again. The guy came and we were having painters finish up so he came back two hours later so his responsiveness and punctuality were excellent.

Oxi Fresh did a fantastic job! Chris showed up on time, carefully moved the items and cleaned the carpeting. Our hall carpet has never looked as clean as it did when he was finished. He was professional, both in attitude and appearance. I would definitely use Oxi Fresh again.

Was contacted by service rep that he could be at my home by 12:30 PM instead of the scheduled time of 1:00PM. He was prompt, friendly and profession. He was able to pull more dirt at of our sofa and loveseat than I have ever been able to do. He then proceeded to clean and deodorize both; whole process took about an hour. Sofa and loveseat look and smell great. When the wife got home she could not believe the results. Highly recommended and will use again.

After intial contact, we established a date and time for the work to be performed. we recieved a call prior to the day of the cleaning. once they arrived, introduced themselves, showed us proper papers and identification, then proceded to move, furniture out of the rooms to be cleaned. once that was done the cleaning process began. after that was finished, furniture was put back, they thanked us for using them and departed. the entire process took about an hour. we were very satisfied with their Courtesy, Professionalism, and Compassion they displayed the entire time. I will definitely use them again abnd would not hesitate to reccomend them to Anyone.

Carpets dried within 2 hours. Very impressed with results & professionalism of the tech. Will definitely use this company again.

The provider has done work here previously. He underestimated the work by 40%. He had crews come in January becasue it was convenient to prune shrubs and finish a stone walk. He estimated 1 day and it bled into 2. I found that the men were not really supervised working in the back. The crew leader was very diligent. Men were on cellphones and talking when he wasn't around. I was in my home observing. Since I may need to have this provider come back again to repair the landscape lighting he installed 7 years ago with a lifetime guarantee, I would prefer not to name him. However, this is an example of what happens when one does not have a large landscape job. Getting providers to return to maintain or fix their work when they have larger jobs is very difficult.

Oxi Fresh was very professional. They contacted me before they came and were there on time. They were very professional and competent. The service techician was very careful to test furniture before cleaning and he pointed out potential limitations in cleaning. The job was excellent and I would recommend Oxi Clean to anyone.

Made a reminder call on the day prior to the appointment. Also called the day of the cleaning to let us know what time he would be arriving. Very helpful- explained what he would be doing and how this cleaning method works. Worked efficiently and carpet looked very good after cleaning. I discovered a small area he missed under a desk and Ken returned the next day and spent significant amount of time making sure it was cleaned. Very satisfied!

They were fine. They came in quickly and moved out most of the big stuff so he wouldn't have too much to do. They cleaned it up fine. We had no problems at all. He was pretty good. He wasn't top notch but there was nothing wrong. He did everything he was supposed to. He was very pleasant. They didn't leave any marks or anything. I had one section that was a little dirty because I use it to sew and he got that thoroughly cleaned. We were pleased.
