They called the next day to set up an appointment. They did a good job. They arrived on time and completed the 4 rooms. It is older carpet and they did a great job getting stains out.

I was expecting some eco friendly chemicals so I wasn't so happy with the way they did it. They cleaned up, but I understand they are a different kind of business.

Very professional and friendly service. The service person was able to show me, physically, that the process was working! There is a distinct odor left behind (perfumey) but it dissipates within 24 hours.

What a fantastic job they did on my carpets! John was very professional and did a wonderful job. I have dogs and was not sure if the stains would come up, but they did. I purchased the special through Angies list and paid a bit extra to get my steps done as well. It was well worth the money. I will certainly use Oxi Fresh again. Thanks, Melissa

Steps are very hard to clean and have lots of traffic. He did a great job. He got up all the stains in the bedroom and the family room looked great. He was friendly, neat, clean and professional. The carpets dry very quickly and smell nice.

My dog-stained carpets were beautiful and dried within two hours (even on a humid day). I had no idea the carpets would look so good after they weer cleaned. And, they are a green company, so I don't have to worry about harmful chemicals. He called as he was on his way with an estimate of arrival time, and arrivede promptly within that time frame.

He got dog urine stains completely out of the carpets! Beautiful results.

I was grateful for the flexibility of the vendor. They did a great job on my furniture.

John Called the morning of to confirm appt. and let me know he might be a few minutes early and to ask if this was o.k. He arrived about 15 early , which worked out great. Cleaned items and talked about the best way to keep furniture and rugs in good shape. Some spot needed extra work and he did those using steam and touched up by hand scrubbing. Couch looks like new, everything else looks great. Would definately recommend and use again!

Ken was absolutely amazing! Extremely professional and prompt service. I had pet odor that was completely removed and mild stains that were removed. My dog had another accident post-cleaning and Ken came back twice to ensure the new odor was removed completely. I would give his service and professionalism an A+ if I could.

Man that came was very nice and professional, but I was surprised the machine used was like one I have at home but maybe with a little more power. Carpets seemed to come clean, but stayed wet for a few days, and that was a not expected. When I get a professional company to come in and clean carpets I expect a high power machine that will suck the water out pretty completely so that I can walk on it a few hours. I will not use this company again for that reason. Felt I could of done the same job with my Bissell carpet cleaner

I love this company. He was on time, there were no extra charges, the carpet looks fantastic, the stairs look wonderful and the carpet is dry an hour later! I highly recommend this company!

I scheduled two appointments and the did not show up for either appointment. I want my money refunded immediately to my credit card

Very nice folks. Carpet overly wet when done. And still dirty...

I had to change the first appointment at the last minute and the company was very gracious. The technician called before he came and then arrived promptly. I liked that he took time to explain the cleaning method and then read the cleaning directions on the sofa and chairs before starting. We were happy with the finished product.

The gentleman that came explained what he was going to do, what I could expect based on the age and condition of the items being cleaned. He reviewed each item as he completed it. He was very thorough and professional. He explained all products he was using and he also discussed with me how to care for my items in the future. I was very pleased with the service.

Everything went great. We bought a house that had newer carpet, but unfortunately had some unpleasant smells. We had the carpets cleaned, deodorized, and protected. The company was great on the phone, I felt that they were being honest with what services would help me... not just sell me everything they had. I actually elected to buy more than was recommended. The cleaner was incredible. The carpets look great, and smelled fresh. The best part was, we could walk on the carpet in a couple of hours. We only had 1 week to move into our home, and the short drying time was a huge help. Great company and great people. We caught a deal on Angie's list and that made the experience even better.

The carpet was burber and haven't been cleaned in a very long time. there were a few spots that he couldn't get out. I did expect that some of them would come out, but they didn't.

The person who came cleaned the carpets, but brought out a smell in the carpet. I cannot have chemicals used in my carpets, which is why I chose the provider. However, I did not expect to smell a bad smell after my carpets were cleaned. It would have been good if this was explained to me before it was done, and some remediation had been done even before the job was finished.

The service provider arrived on time. He was professional and courteous. He did an outstanding job of cleaning the carpets including getting pet stains out of the carpet. he was finished right on time.

They did a wonderful job and explained everything that they were doing. They went above and beyond by cleaning a couple of tough spots that we had. Would highly recommend them.

He did a great job. It looks so much better. The only thing I was unhappy about was that I paid an $120 for him to spray my carpets with an enzyme to prohibit my cats from urinating on the carpets as they had done before. It didn't work.

Setting up the appointment was easy. The technician arrived on time and was professional. However, I just didn't like the results. There were a few traffic areas that looked good but the stairs still looked dark on the edges and it's not worn out, I won't be using this type of carpet cleaning again, and instead use the old school steam cleaning system.

Perfect! Exactly what I wanted and exactly what I expected.
