Service provider was prompt , efficient and complete in the cleaning. The rugs look great.

The cleaning product is "green", meaning no harsh chemicals, and safe for pets and children. The tech came at the scheduled time and cleaned 3 rooms for $99. I could have had 4 rooms cleaned for the price, but only needed 3 done. Christopher was very professional, efficient and knowledgable. He moved my coffee table to clean under it. He got the job done in 1 hour, and the carpeting smells fresh and clean and looks great. It was fully dry in 2 hours, which is the best part of all. I would definitely use Oxi Fresh again for my future carpet cleaning. Very quick, effective, fast drying and not much disruption in the house. Awesome!!! I also got a coupon for future cleaning. I like this company so much more than other companies I have used for carpet cleaning.

John the technician called around an hour before our appointment to make sure things were still on. He showed up around 15 minutes early, which was a great fist impression. I had a groupon deal for the service, so we discussed which areas were covered. He started working right away, spraying the carpet to help lift the stains. This was a nice change of pace, as the last carpet cleaner we used charged us extra for "special" stain cleaning pretreatments. John was very generous with the application and treated the carpets like they were his own. There were a couple times I caught him going over the same area 4 or 5 times to make sure there was absolutely nothing left behind. Much better than going over it once and hoping for the best. Once he was finished with the carpets he moved on to cleaning the upholstery. I'd never had this done before and wasn't sure what to expect. He started things off by vacuuming all of the cat fur and other misc. fibers that collect on the outside. He flipped the cushions over and went fishing for the various items that were lost in the depths of the couch. I was worried that was all an upholstery cleaning involved until he grabbed his hefty steam cleaning machine and meticulously went to town cleaning the fabric. It is a big couch and he probably spent around 20 to 30 minutes on it. The chair looks much better than when he started, too. It was a great experience and I will definitely use them in the future. Hopefully at that time they'll have another amazing deal that I will simply not be able to pass up. Thanks Oxi Fresh for a job well done!

I contacted Oxy Fresh after seeing their reviews on Angie's List. It was my first time using the company. Initially, I was told that they couldn't do our carpets for several weeks but after I asked to see if they couldn't get us in sooner, we got an appointment only a few days after my call; a huge help. The technician arrived on-time after calling to verify he was on his way. He explained how their cleaning process worked and after checking over the rooms to be cleaned, assured me that the carpet would clean up very nicely - which it did. The whole process took less than 90 minutes and the carpets turned out great. What I like the most about Oxy Fresh's service is the short amount of time that the carpets feel damp. The cleaning process started around 5:00 PM and everything felt dry within a couple of hours. We were able to move all the furniture back into place by the next morning as opposed to days for some other carpet cleaning services we have used.

The gentleman was very efficient. He came early and knocked out the rooms quickly.

Carpet looked fine, but felt a little stiff. My dog immediately went to each place where he had accidents before so the products do not remove pet odors at all. Even with Scotchguard the dog's accidents seeped in before I could even sop them up. The upholstery was cleaner. The cleaner didn't go behind the vents in each room so they were left dusty. Dried fast. I will try to find a product that gets rid of pet odors before using this company again.

Cleaning was thorough with good results. I was particularly pleased with the fact that the cleaning does not leave the carpets soaking wet and requiring lots of time to dry. Everything was dry within an hour or two.

John arrived at agreed upon time, asked a few pertinent questions & began work immediately. I had moved the furniture onto the porch for cleaning. When he was finished, he graciously helped me return the settee inside. Everything was accomplished in < an hour. I would recommend & I would use again.

Very professional young man called first and arrived early, which worked out perfectly for my schedule. Spent a good 2-3 hours cleaning the carpeting being sure to do a superior and attentive job. Explained very clearly and after trying several times to remove it, that a small stain in one of our daughter bedrooms was caused by her curling iron. Would very highly recommend their method of cleaning and service.

I'm writing this several months after the service, and I don't remember all of the details. However, I do remember that the technicians were friendly and professional, and they did a good job. Because the stains were pet stains, they did (as usual) reappear after a few weeks, but that was expected. In the meantime, the carpet looked great.

Oxi Fresh rep was on time and called me on his way to let me know he was going to be on time. He was a very professional person, well spoken and answered questions politely. The carpet was in a rental condo I own and had not been cleaned for several years. It was not terrible, but had a number of stains. The tech took his time and applied their magic solution which made the stain disappear. He explained what he was doing along the way. He cleaned the three rooms and applied protectant. It turned out great. Will definitely use Oxi Fresh again.

It worked out well. I wasn't here. When I came back, the rugs were nice and clean. That's what I wanted and that's what they did. My son was here at the time and he didn't complain about anything.

Setting up the appointment was very easy and the technician was extremely prompt and called when he was about 20 minutes away. The cleaning itself was very quick and easy. My only complaint is that I was told by the person I set up the appointment with that the technician would move some of the lightweight furniture around in order to get as much of the carpet as possible, so I did as much as I could to make that as easy as possible for the technician (removing drawers and any items from the top surface of small pieces of furniture) but NONE of the furniture was moved or even cleaned under. I didn't notice this at the time of the service because the carpet up the stairs was still wet, so I didn't go check the work before the technician left. Also, it appeared that only the tops of the stairs were cleaned, as there was a small stain on the front (rise) of one of the steps that was not cleaned. All in all - the areas that were cleaned were cleaned well and the company was very polite - but I was a little disappointed with some of the shortcuts that were taken.

The service went very well. I had to pay an extra $80 to do the fourth area. I would use them again.

Oxi Fresh was great! They came right on time and did a wonderful job cleaning our pet stained carpets. Almost one month later, they still look great.

It was fine. They were very quick, very efficient, so it didn’t take them long, however, although they indicated that we had to clear stuff out, they didn’t say we had to clear the rooms out entirely. So we assumed that they would do move structures and couches and then do the carpeting underneath and then put the stuff back and when the guy arrived he said they wouldn’t do any of that. He said that it was not part of their agreement which was not what the sales lady told me when I talked to them about doing the job. She had indicated that they would move bigger items that typically one would not be able to move in and out of one’s bedroom or living room. So that was the downside of the service, that what they actually told us over the phone wasn’t what they did when they got here in terms of moving the bigger pieces of furniture.

I am very pleased with the job that OxiFresh did in my home. John was professional and worked very hard to get some tough stains in my family room carpet cleaned. He was very polite and punctual. I would definitely use them again.

Earl was super nice guy. Showed up on time and did a thorough job. I'm not sure that process is what I need for my carpet, but it groomed the pile really well.

Everything went well. Ken was punctual and professional. He explained how his company is natural and that they don't use as much water as other competitors which concerned me because of possible mold. He also said that usually if stains come back it will show within 24 -48 hours which gives you more time to call if any problems arise

I had purchased this deal (two rooms for $59) from a Living Social offer. We had several stains on our light beige carpet, one that was quite old. The manager, Chris Bower, arrived on time for the appointment, and had also called me prior to leaving his previous job to tell me he was on his way. He worked quickly and efficiently. The job was done in about an hour. All stains were removed and the carpet looked great. As promised by their company literature, the carpet was dry within a few hours, unlike other carpet cleaning companies I have used in the past. I would recommend Chris Bower and this company, and will definitely use them for future jobs.

My representative, Ken Harnn was punctual and very professional. He thoroughly explained the process as well as the all natural products that were used. I especially was pleased with the hour drying time!!! No smells!!!! Awesome. I highly recommend them.

I was very pleased with this service. Not only was the gentleman who came out very nice, he did a thorough, wonderful job cleaning the carpets and sofa. I would highly recommend them.

The technician called ahead of time to advise the approximate time of his arrival, and arrived on time. He explained the process and quietly and quickly cleaned the sofa, love seat, and matching chair as had been arranged for in advance. I had called the OxiFresh office to ask if the technician could also clean an ottoman & sewing chair while he was here, and was advised that he could for an extra charge if he had the time. The technician said his schedule would allow it, and he not only cleaned these two pieces but he also cleaned the matching pillows and arm chairs covers at no extra cost. We have a cat, and the technician showed us the cat hair that the technician's pre-cleaning had removed from the furniture! We were truly surprised. And, we are absolutely thrilled with our first experience with this experience. The furniture fully dried in about 2 hours and looks wonderful. I would recommend the services of OxiFresh to anyone, and certainly will use the company again... high quality work for a good price, done by a courteous professional who called ahead and arrived on time!
