Oxi Fresh of Columbia Carpet Cleaning

The work was done well. The carpet was in bad shape when we bought the home so there was only so much that could be done. The fellow was helpful as far as ways to prevent the dark buildup around the edges of the carpet in the future.

The worker arrived on time and was very careful and professional. This is a low-moisture, carpet-shampooing service (not steam-cleaning). The low-moisture advantages include that the work can be done faster and the carpeting dries faster. (The potential disadvantage would be that heavily-soiled carpeting might need steam-cleaning).

The provider was very professional in cleaning a sofa and two chairs as part of an Angie's List special. Since I was a new customer, he added a deodorizing process at no charge. I would use OXI FRESH again.

The price for additional square footage was essentially the same as offered in the big deal which is refreshing and impressive.

I read about this company on Angie's list and thought I'd give them a try. We used Chemdry in the past. The customer service rep was great. Very professional and responsive. Ken came right on time the day of our service. He was terrific. He explained the cleaning - what to expect, how it works. He did an outstanding job in half the time of ChemDry. Very professional and very likable. Our carpets look terrific. We will definitely use them again.

When my usual service provider was not available, I tried OxyClean. Although they were somewhat more expensive, they did a good job. They got the carpets clean and the carpets dried easily. They worked neatly and efficiently. They take pride in their work. I highly recommend them.

It turned out quite satisfactorily. Everything was fine. The person was courteous. He was prompt and did his work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. I think the price was fine.

I did not have the information available to get this scheduled. As it turns out I did not need this deal. They were fine to work with.

Oxi Fresh cleaned my wall-to-wall carpeting in the upstairs of my home (3 rooms and hallway.) Did an amazing job...especially considering that my puppy, Pickles, had used a section of one bedroom for a port-a-potty - unbeknownst to me. (I knew that I smelled SOMETHING....) I've already recommended Oxi Fresh to my neighbor and will definitely use them in the future.

they sent one technician and he was professional and quick. The job took about 45 to 60 minutes to complete. He said sofa wasn't really that soiled.

The Oxi Fresh representative was professional and efficient. He cleaned the carpet and the stairs as advertised. When he was through it was almost like new. Would use them again.

The service man came and cleaned two large rooms and a set of stairs. I've gotten this area cleaned before by Dry clean something (sorry forgot the name) and it definetely did not look as good. It took a very short time, there was no chemical odor. I was glad that the product used was so safe for my family and pets. Very happy with the service, the speed and the result.

the contractor arrived on time and was pleasant. The process does not involve any harsh chemicals which was nice. He was very thorough. My pieces were not highly soiled so the visual difference was limited.

I really hadn't realized how stained the carpets were until I saw how clean they were after the appointment. The cleaner, Chris, called a few minutes before the appt to advise he was on route and he arrived on time. He was professional and polite and did a great job on some unpleasant pet stains. Best cleaning since I bought the house (and the dog!)

My appointment was set up easily. On the appointed day I received a call from Earl saying that he was on his way and asked if it was OK that he arrived a few minutes early. He explained the process to me and began the work immediately, which was done in approximately one hour. Upon completion, he asked me to inspect the completed work. Everything was done exactly as I had asked and I was very satisfied with the result. The carpets looked great. Drying time was within an hour or two. I would recommend this service without hesitation.

All went very well, tech. showed up as planned was clean,neat, polite, and a pro. He spot cleaned some stains ( which really needed it) then cleaned , he did a great job do not have anything to complain about , would use them in the future

The representative on the phone was very helpful and friendly when setting up teh initial appointment. She even let me know I didn't need to pay for one of the additional services that I thought I would need. They called ahead to let me know they were on their way and even showed up a few minutes early. They got right to work, and the carpet looked absolutely great after not being steam cleaned in about 6 years!

The technician called to confirm the appointment the day prior to the scheduled cleaning. He was prompt. I was pleasantly surprised to see the technician carried only a cannister similar to what pest control techs use. I was thinking I'd see a big truck with lots of hoses. He was there less than an hour and the carpets looked like new and all pet odors were gone. I planned to be there a couple of hours. I checked back with my tenants later that day to ask what their impressions were of the carpet cleaning and how they smelled. A day later they all responded the carpets looked fantastic, with no spots, stains, or smells. Also, the carpets were completely dry when they arrived home. No need to place paper all over the place while waiting for damp carpets to dry! I will definitely use Oxi Fresh again on my primary home and for the annual care of my rental property floors. I'm going to try their upholstery cleaning too. I have nothing negative to report on this business. I'm a satisfied customer!
