Oxi Fresh of Columbia Carpet Cleaning

An appointment was made in same day we took the deal on Angie's list. We got the date, time and name of the technician that would be doing the work. Chris called the morning of the appointment to verify the time and location. He showed up and went right to work explaining the whole process. We are very satisfied and would recommend Oxi Fresh highly.

The next available appointment wasn't available for a month so I got a refund for the Big Deal.

Everything turned out well. I paid for some extra things. They did upholstery cleaning of 7 different chairs and 3 additional rooms. Overall, they did a good job.

They do some kind of proprietary, environmental friendly steam cleaning. We used them in April when they had some special coupon deal for $89.

Gentleman was on time and thoroghly cleaned the carpet. I run a childcare service in my home where the carpet was cleaned. They came out on a day that I was closed and he was in and out. I would definitely use them again.

I purchased a deal through Angie's List, called Oxi and schedule the appointment for the following week. I received a call and text the evening before to remind me of the appointment. The cleaning went great and my carpets dried within a few hours. Also, the chemicals that they used did not have an odor. I plan to sue the company again.

Cleaned carpets in my home. I also had the tech clean an additional area carpet which raised the cost from $100.00 to $130.00

Frank of OxiFresh arrived when scheduled and call when on the way. He explained the cleaning process and cleaned 2 area rugs, one large and one medium. The work was amazingly quick, and the rugs looked great. They were only slightly damp, so I could put everything back within a few hours. One note, I had some special questions, e.g. about cleaning a silk-wool oriental, and about exactly what the Big Deal covered, so Angie's list put me in e-mail contact with an Oxifresh manager. He responded very quickly and was totally helpful. I suggest doing this before calling to schedule, so there is no confusion. I expect to use Oxi Fresh regularly in the future.

While we had to schedule a few weeks in advance to get a Saturday appointment, when John arrived precisely on time he was courteous, professional and very understanding about the terrible condition of our carpets. The carpets are old and we have pets and kids. John completely understood that we are just trying to make the carpets hold out until we can afford to replace them with flooring. He was able to remove all of the pet stains and the carpets look so much better. I was amazed that even the coffee stains on the stairs were completely removed, and the carpets were dry within 2 hours. I waited a few weeks to write the review, and the carpets still look like they did when he left. I'm still amazed!

Oxi Fresh rep Ken/Kent was professional. On time.Gave quick assessment of areas to be cleaned as well as time frame that it would take to complete. Answered questions regarding service. Cleaned to satisfaction.

The carpet cleaner was prompt and very professional. He worked quickly and the results were excellent.

We usually use a local National Guardsman to do our carpet cleaning, but he is currently deployed. So we thought we would try the Angie's List Coupon Route. Appointment was a breezy to set up using their coupon. Ken arrived on time and went right to work. We have 2 cats and a dog so doing the carpets here can be a challenge. Ken did a good job. The carpets cleaned well. We did have one spot come back up but suspect that it may take a couple of cleanings to get it fully resolved. We had a coupon for 1250 sq ft and the up charge for the extra 250 sq feet and two more rooms was reasonable. Ken did a lot of extra work in our bedroom on dog fur removal - the place looks great !

Called before coming to see if he could arrive a little early. Cleaned all carpets in my dad's apartment and the stairs. Wonderful job! He was very thorough. When he was done we went out for 2 hours and the carpets were completely dry and looked great. I will definitely use them again.

I requested Oxi-Fresh's deal that they had at the time, four rooms for $99.00 as a gift. They cleaned a friend's home who had been a hoarder. Although the house had been cleaned up, the carpets were really filthy, stained and smelly. They did a fantastic job. I didn't think the carpets could be that clean again. I would recommend them to anyone, not just at the great deal price.

I added a lot of features for all the carpets cleaned and protected. They did a great job, things looked and smelled great. The guys who came were punctual, hardworking and personable. I will be using them again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. I did not dislike their service. They were punctual. The interaction was good. I would use them again if I had another coupon.

Very punctual - called 30 minutes prior to coming. We removed as much as we could off of the carpet in the foyer, hallway and dining room. Also vacuumed before. This made everything go smoothly and quickly. The carpet was cleaned and looked great afterwards. Until one of the kids walked across the damp floor. leaving footprints, and the dog got sick for the first time in the house. Sigh. We will be making another appointment a lot sooner than planned. But we are so pleased with the consistency of the service that we feel comfortable using this company as our primary carpet cleaning company.

Super helpful, quick and did a nice job. The stairs were filthy and they look (almost) like new. If you can't afford new carpet, this is definitely the best alternative.

They were late due to a previous appointment taking longer. I have used Oxi Fresh of Central MD before and was pleased with their services and used them again. Russ was very courteous and professional and completed the job in a timely manner. I had two sets of stairways, a guest room and hallway cleaned. The steps hadn't been cleaned in some time so they were a challenge. Everything turned out well including some stains in the guest room that were removed. I will keep using Oxi Fresh and will recommend them to others for their carpet cleaning needs.

The young man who performed this service was exceedingly professional, competent, polite and responsible. I have complete faith in him and in the services he provided. I was more than satisfied with this service and recommend him and company.

Considering we have teenage boys (with friends)and a year old dog we've had since a pup,the amount of dirt removed from the carpet and the sofas was impressive.
