The service went really well. The provider was on time, went right to work and did exactly as he described. The carpet was dry in about an hour.

They did a good job. Scheduling was very easy. I thought they explained the procedure very well and their style of upholstery cleaning. They used a process that left them not too wet so it didn't take them too long to dry.

Ken was very professional and did a great job. The carpets look marvelous. Ken was a little late arriving so as a special bonus he included my hallway. He really went the extra mile. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. I'll definitely be using them again.

The service manager was extremely nice. He called me the morning of the appt to let me know that he may be 15 minutes late. I was fine with that and appreciated the advanced notice. Unfortunately my carpets were extremely dirty with pet stains from the previous owner. For an additional charge, spot cleaning was attempted and worked in some places but not in others. Either way I was happy that the carpets were at least santized and clean even if the discoloration remained. I gave the service a be since he was not able to remove all of the stains, but realistically, I'm sure they are extremely old stains. But due to the price spent for the service I was hoping for a bit more. I did appreciate the service managers time and efforts and future recommendations.

I got the day and time I requested which made it very convenient for me. Got a notification call 30 minutes before arrival and the an on-time arrival. Chris was very professional, took time to explain the service and its features, and got to work very efficiently. The whole job was finished in 2 hours and I couldn't be more pleased. The wall-to-wall carpets are a light taupe color which in the city means traffic patterns get pretty pronounced- after the cleaning there were no signs we had ever walked on them! We will be return customers.

Appt was cancelled due to inclement weather. Called the provider and was told to put in a request for refund. Did not have any job done but customer care was good.

For the amount of money, they weren't here very long and I don't know that my rugs were that much cleaner when they finished. It smells good but they didn't take a whole lot of time to clean it. They zipped in and zipped out...I don't know if that is a real deep cleaning. I am in the town house so the space is very small and it has three rooms. I don't think I would do it again. He was very nice, he came in...did the thing but I don't think the whole procedure took half an hour.

The service man was very professional, thorough, and nice.

It wasn't what we expected but it was fine. It works. We thought we were going steam cleaning but it in fact wasn't steam cleaning, it was a different thing. They did clean the carpets and it did clean the carpets but it didn't get that deep clean as deep clean would. They were very nice and professional. They should just be clear on their website as to the type of cleaning that it is.

I ended up not using the big deal because he said that that type of fabric could not be treated with what he used. He explained it all to me and I would certainly use him for something else.

Awesome! Crew was prompt, polite and thorough. We purchased a Groupon for 3 rooms of carpet cleaning. The crew showed up on time and was done within the hour. Our carpets were visibly brighter and the room smelled fresh. Given the amount of dog hair that surfaced during the cleaning, I give these guys an A+! Will use again in the future.

They did a very good job. They were right on time and completed the job in a timely matter. The person that cleaned my carpets even went in the bedrooms and cleaned all the open spaces. He said he would do this service since I have an extremely small house. I`m sorry I Don`t know the exact date of the service. I would highly recommend them and the gentleman that did the job for me.

Showed up in time and cleaned our carpets quickly and professionally. I'm amazed at what that little machine can do and love that practically no water |Is involved. Will definitely use them again!!!

They were wonderful. They came out November 11th. He explained to me what he was going to do, he was in and out quickly and they did a good job. They also told me what to expect and he lived up to what he said he would do. I wasn't home and the method they used doesn't use a lot of water so it dried rapidly.

Everything went quite well. The server was prompt & professional, & it took significantly less time than I was anticipating. Also virtually no dry time! Only disappointments were (1) he was unable to also clean the furniture as I had not requested that with the scheduler when making the appt. & (2) many of the stains re-surfaced shortly thereafter. Still it was a good job at a great price, & I would definitely use them again.

I purchased an Angie's big deal which was $149.00 for 1250 sq ft of carpet cleaning (up to 5 areas). I had less than 1250 sq ft, of carpet to be cleaned but, because it was technically 6 "areas", there was an extra charge of $35 for the hallway. Both of my stairs have "landings". The worker informed me that they also usually charge extra for landings, but it had not been included in his work order so he didn't. The worker did not arrive at the arranged time, which was noon (was 30 min? late), but he explained that his GPS gave him misleading directions. I took this as a plausible explanation because the street my townhouse development is on was formerly a dead end, but has recently been extended to connect with another through street. However, I still gave a B because I feel that, regardless of the reason someone is late, A should be reserved for those who arrive at scheduled time. My carpet didn't have any difficult stains but was just dirty from the fact that it had not been cleaned in a couple years and also due to recent maintenance jobs that lasted several days and had required workers to go in and out multiple times a day in cold messy weather where it was not feasible to keep removing shoes and putting them back on. The carpet cleaning was very effective. They look much better and it was really nice that the OxyFresh process is a low moisture method that dries very quickly. With the Angie's big deal I thought the price was reasonable.

I was very happy with Oxi Fresh, I was able to book my appointment online, they reminded me the night before they were coming. John calls at 8:15 to say he would be there as close to our time, 9am, as possible, and he showed up at exactly 9am. He told us he might not be able to get out some of the water stains on our couch, but I could not believe the difference when he ws done. Although he couldn't get everything out, the couches look virtually brand new. He also gave me some good advice on a product over the counter to help with spills and stains. He was extremely nice and personable and I will be using them again in the future!

It went awesome. I was amazed at how much crap he got out of the carpets. My house feels and smells cleaner, not to mention look better! Very knowledgeable staff, professional and on time. I will be hiring them again.
