I was not too happy with my experience. I felt the price was overpriced. The technician was very inexperienced and seemed really young. I did not feel there was a lot of professionalism there and I had to inspect his work and even tell him to go back over some spots.

A very nice man who worked without stopping and went over some part more than once as this furniture had been abused by many children and dogs. If he had not been a ble to freshen these items up we would have had to discard them. We would definitely call them again.

He arrived on time and the new oxy clean process uses just one hand push cleaner, no more tubes from a truck being pulled in the house. He worked quickly and efficiently and explained everything. I was very impressed with both the company and my clean rugs. I bought it through an Angie's List deal but will definitely use this company again at full price.

It went well. All I heard from my property manager is that they went very well and they were very professional. They did a really good job. The work was extremely well.

The young man who came out (the provider) was very professional, punctual and courteous. He called the morning of the appointment to confirm the time and to state he was en-route and would arrive within an hour. He arrived right on time. He conducted a walk-through, asked questions concerning my expectations and then began to clean the carpet. He was focused and quite thorough! He did a fantastic job on my carpets! Yes, I would definitely seek this service again!

They called ahead of time because they were runnning a little late, which I truly appreciated. I was so impressed with the whole process. It didn't smell perfume-y or like chemicals and dried rather quickly. They got dirt out of our carpet that other companies just couldn't.

Earl was so accommodating! He came to our place right after he arrived home from a trip (that night!) He did a fantastic job and it was a super value. I really recommend using Earl and his service.

The method they used left the carpet only slightly damp, after the 1:30 p.m. cleaning it was fully dried by bedtime. My cost review is based on the great Angie's List deal I got. I'm not sure how much a non-deal cleaning would cost.

John was my technician; he was thorough, prompt, and professional. He clearly cared about doing a good job and took the necessary steps to ensure that the job was done well and to my satisfaction. I would use this company again and would ask for John.

Scheduling the appointment by phone was easy and professional. The technician was very professional and interested in a job well done, which he accomplished. Our carpet looked great and we would use this service again. The only issue we had is that the office charged our credit card twice for the service. We had to make several calls to reach the manager/owner, but once we did, the double-charge was resolved soon after.

Thought carpet was clean when left but coffee stains resurfaced. Asked them to do super job as I was paying for 4 rooms but wanted a really excellent job on the one...they were here all of 15 minutes so don't think it could be stellar for the amount of time...

Service was excellent. Chris was the technician. Called in advance and arrived on time. Very satisfied with the appearance of the carpets. Chris was very professional and did a great job.

I purchased the $99 for Four Rooms of Carpet Cleaning and Stain Protection through Angie's List. Call and made appt. Technician arrived at appointed time on time at 9am. Technician did not arrive in a company vehicle, instead in personal car. For the equipment he had, I can sort of understand, but was still expecting to see a company vehicle. We had the rooms free from furniture except dining room, we left the dining room table. He asked of what rooms and checked out my 4 stains and one heavy traffic entry of concerned. Since I only had 3 rooms to be cleaned, I asked for the hallway upstairs to be the 4th room substitute. He agreed. Briefly explained the work to be done and went to work. Job took about 1.5hrs from arrival to departure. Cleaning came with a 5yr warranty. Carpets took about 3 hrs to dry. We are pleased with the work. Our carpet was 7yr old and has been cleaned twice of the 7 years. The odd thing was that he used a funny looking machine with big brushes that I was skeptical of. He explained that it was a newer technology that uses less water and cleans better and dries within 2 or 3 hours. He sprayed the carpet with the cleaning solution and some heavy duty stain removal solution on the stains of concern. Job took about 1hr and 40 min. Carpets came out great and had a nice fragrance too. Was barely damp 2.5 hrs later after he left. To this day Feb 1, 2014, carpet still looks wonderful, even family friends still notice this.

The carpets looked great after the service. There were many obvious stains on the carpet that had been there for a few years, and afterwards the carpet looked almost as good as new. The service was also friendly and professional.

It was a great experience. John was able to get out some stains that I had tried to remove and couldn't. He was so successful I added more carpets and the stairs! I highly recommend this service, unlike other carpet cleaners my carpets dried within 3 hours. He arrived on time, was very considerate and finished in a timely fashion.
