Very well, work done quickly, took longer to dry than stated, but the result was good, carpet clean and odor free, looking fresh.

OK except serviceman asked to use my water to c lean his brushes. Company should make provisions for servicemen to clean brushes.

It went well, our tech had a great attitude and we had some great conversation at the end of the job. It was quick. The carpet is old and worn but he helped bring some life back into it.

He could have just took my money, but he was very honest and advised me to not have him do the job because it would nullify my warranty. He was very knowledgeable, understood the fabric and advised that he not clean it because it may void my warranty.

Very well! They got out pet stains which have not resurfaced.

Purchased deal through Angie's list for 3 areas of carpet cleaning, deodorizing, and protection for $249. The Oxi Fresh office contacted me the next day and was able to schedule service for the same week. Technician called prior to arrival and arrived on time. He explained the cleaning process, surveyed the areas to be cleaned, and immediately began working room-by-room. After completing the first area, he had me review the work to make sure everything was satisfactory. Although our carpets were only 2 years old, I could still tell the difference in how much more clean they were. Overall the service went well. Since the cleaning process used minimal water, the carpets were dry within an hour or two. After vacuuming them, they looked like new!

FANTASTIC!!! We called Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning yesterday and was able to get scheduled for 8am this morning. I immediately received a detailed email confirmation. They showed up on time and did a GREAT job. Ken was the gentleman that cleaned our carpet and was very personable, knowledgeable & professional. We will definitely call Oxi Fresh (and request Ken) for all of our carpet service needs in the future. We HIGHLY recommend them!

The carpet cleaner was an hour and 20 minutes late for our appointment. When he got there, he asked to see the rooms and started saying how he could "do this job on the side for cheaper." He was extremely unprofessional. If I were this company, I would take a look at who I employ.

they showed up exactly on time and were able to complete the job in an hour. I had never done the type of cleaning they did, but the carpets were dry in about two hours and were not left soaking wet. Their products smelled wonderful and cleaned the carpets well. They were very professional and explained how their process worked and once they completed the first room called me up to look at it to make sure that I was going to be satisfied before they continued. I will definitely recommend them to others!

We have been dealing with them for quite some time. They did a very good job as far as the cleaning. The only problem we had was afterwards. Apparently, there was some difficulty with the billing aspect of it. They were trying to do it through their cell phones. We had bad cell phone service here.When we got our credit card bill at the end of the month we were billed three times. My wife tried to call Oxi Fresh to get the thing taken care of, for some reason they just couldn't deal with it.It's now been in the hands of the credit card folks, now its being disputed. They are very good, they do an excellent job. They do an outstanding job; they're very good at what they do. The technicians are always on time. The stuff that they use is non-toxic. So basically, I'm just happy with them every time.

I had my carpet cleaned as part of the termination of my lease. I saw the special they were running on Angie's List and I bought the voucher for 5 rooms of carpet cleaning for $149.00 (up to 1250 sq ft). Admittedly, I was just trying to do the minimum to be compliant with the terms of the lease and if I got some of my security deposit back, it would be a bonus. Of course, it wasn't until all the furniture was moved out of the apartment that I realized that I had some hidden stains (how did that weird gelatinous goo get under the sofa and when?) and I worried I was going to have to pay to replace all the carpet. Chris called to let me know he was running a little late (which was perfect because I was too!) and was very polite and professional. He came in and I showed him around before he unloaded anything and I pointed out the weird goo. He offered to do additional pre-treating for only $40 more, which I agreed to because that's a LOT cheaper than replacing carpet and I figured I could prove to my leasing office that I did everything I could to rectify the problem. I was AMAZED at the results!!!! I thought the carpet was a light beige, but in fact, it's actually nearly white! I don't think the carpet was that clean when I moved in 3 years ago! He even got the weird goo out of the carpet without even the faintest hint of it left behind. The carpet looked great and there wasn't any weird chemical or hospital-ish smell. Even though he said the carpet would be dry in about an hour, I didn't want to chance anything, so I waited until the following Monday for the checkout walk-through with the maintenance person. Our maintenance guy was stunned at how good it looked and couldn't believe my hubby and I had lived there 3 years. Guess we're going to get that deposit back after all!!

They came out to clean my family room before I had company over for Thanksgiving, and they did a wonderful job. They were even able to get a rust stain out of my carpet, and I was very pleased with them. Fernando and the other technician were very professional, efficient and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone!

He was polite, he finished the job without charging me extra even though it was really dirty.

The technician brought a mobile cleaner to my high-rise apartment and thoroughly cleaned our microfiber sofa. He was very polite and worked quickly. The sofa looked new and smelled fresh after he was done. It only took a few hours for the fabric to dry completely.

Work was fine. Our carpets were very dirty as we have pets. Not able to get up some pet stains in the bedroom carpet but carpet is very old and we'll be replacing.

Carl was the technician and he was very good. We used Stanley steamer in the past and decided to try someone new. I was very impressed with how the carpet looked the next day after Carl cleaned it. He was very polite and would definitely recommend their services.

Everything went very well and my home looks and smells great.
