Oxi Fresh of Columbia Carpet Cleaning

Chris from OxiClean came & did our carpets today. He did a FANTASTIC job. I am very picky and he went over 3 areas I asked him to repeat. He was GREAT. He was so very pleasant, and did such a good job, he is a true asset to your company. We have used South River Cleaning in the past and we have never been able to find anyone that did as good a job as they do. That was, until today. We had never had our carpets cleaned before, they are almost 6 years old and a very light cream color. With a young child and a dog they were looking horrible. I had avoided having them cleaned because I'd noticed that friends carpets after being steam cleaned smelled like dog (even those that didn't have pets)! We are also a family with allergies and asthma and I was afraid of mildew left behind by steam cleaners. After reading reviews we decided to try Oxi Fresh. They were very accommodating when scheduling and agreed to squeeze us in quickly. Ken arrived on time and explained the process, about the chemicals, and what to expect. The whole cleaning was very fast and there was minimal dampness left behind. A few days later I called Ken about an area on my stairs that still looked splotchy to me. He came out the very next morning and redid not only my stairs but the hallway just to be sure. The carpets look great and smell fresh. There is a little stiffness to them at first but just as Ken reassured me, after a vacuuming or two, it dissipates. Looking forward to using them again.

The service tech was professional and did not try and sell me more than what I asked in fact I thought he went above and beyond and did a great job.

Everything went great. The Big Deal only covered the basement, so I had to pay a little bit more for the three bedrooms, but the price was reasonable. The tech worked quickly and efficiently, and communicated about the condition of the rooms as he went. This is the second time I've used Oxi-Fresh, and I am pleased with the speed at which the work is done, and am especially happy that the process doesn't saturate the carpets so they are dry in just a few hours.

Very thorough job which left the carpet much much cleaner and my home smelling better. The cats asthma attacks are rare now. The technician was courteous and very easy to communicate with. Well worth the money.

My disappointment with this company was mainly because they did not show up for the first appointment. I called the office when they did not show, and the person in the office did not see my appointment in their books and we had to reschedule. So, the problem was a mistake with the person booking the appointment. The technician was very professional. He did have a problem with his equipment and had to go back to the office to get a new machine. Fortunately, I live close to their office. Once the services were performed, the cleaning was quick and I was happy with the results. I especially liked the fact that the carpets dried quickly as I had my house on the market and had showings later that day. I purchased the $99 Angie's List Deal and I thought it was a great price for what I got.

The technician was actually a few minutes early but called first. Very polite and professional when he arrived. Cleaned 3 rooms, a hall, and stairs in about 1.5 hours. Good work, nice guy, i would recommend them to anyone.

Russ was great. He arrived on time, reviewed the work he was going to do covering the techniques the company uses and the green aspects of their services. He took the time to cover a lot of detail. Russ made recommendations on carpet care and made an extra effort to clean the heavily stained areas around the entrances. As advertised, there was not an abundance of water left behind, so the carpet dried very quickly. The carpets look fantastic. I'm definitely using Oxi Fresh again.

Overall positive experience. Bought the coupon from AL, called to schedule an appointment for the following week. Chris called the morning of and I informed him that the house would be opened for him to clean. I specified the areas I wanted done, confirming information I left with the scheduler. Checked the work at the end of the day and I was impressed. The carper fibers seemed kind of stiff, probably from the oxiclean itself, but the cleanliness of the carpets impressed me

When the product dried it was rough and crunchy even after vacuuming. Next time I'll likely be looking for a more standard steam clean.

The appointment was scheduled for 3/12/14. The workman called and asked if he could reschedule due to a family emergency. We rescheduled for 3/14. He arrived on time and worked efficiently. He paid special attention to spots and cleaned the extra cushions and pillows at no additional charge. There was no mess.

chris did an amazing job, was on time, professional and tried very hard to work on the highly stained carpets..... I was very pleased with the customer service and the cleanliness..... the carpets were dry in an hour too!!!
