The provider did an excellent job of cleaning the carpet. They arrived promptly on time, did a professional job that was to my satisfaction. Will do business again.

He did a good job with the work, but it was more expensive than I expected. I would look around in the future to see if I could get a better rate somewhere, but as far as the quality of the work itself I would use them again.

The service provider uses a very up-to-date machine that cleans the carpets very fast and it does mostly a very good job except near the walls etc where the machine can not get close enough.

John arrived exactly on time, did a fabulous job removing some stubborn stains, and left all the carpeting looking like new. He was friendly, professional and did the job very quickly. I will definitely use them again!

Russell was professional in every sense, hIs demeanor calm and not pushy. He explained what he was going to do including the methods, expectations and probable outcomes. Up-selling of additional services was fact based and, yes, I agreed to most of them. Two of my rugs are an unusual wool/cotton blend and he consulted in real time with colleagues via digital photos and texts on the best way to deal with the job at hand.

Professional, discussed stain treatments that I had added, but did not end up needing to use the treatment so he did not charge for it. The carpet looked cleaner and dried fast. We have older carpet (~8 years) and the machine left sort of odd lines along the areas that were more worn. It may be a function of the carpet quality and age, but it took several months to go away.

Exactly as advertised. Easy to schedule. All good would use again.

Ken of Oxi-Fresh was courteous, professional and provided a great service to us. The unit had very old carpets and when he was done with them, they looked much improved and smelled fresh and clean. The only reason I gave Ken a B on punctuality is because we had a 9 am appointment which had to be pushed back a couple hours due to the first customer adding more to their scope of work. However, Ken called a full half an hour prior to our appointment to let me know that he was going to be late, which was acceptable to me. His responsiveness and communication was exemplary. He did a great job of explaining the process to both me and the current tenant of the rental unit and answered the many questions that were asked of him. I would highly recommend Ken of Oxi-Fresh to anyone who needs a good carpet cleaner and we will be using this service next time around for sure.

I guess that he did inform me as to why he was not able to do the work. So, I appreciated him educating me on this and I found him knowledgeable in that regard.

Very pleased with this service and would recommend Oxy Fresh to anyone. We will use them again ourselves, as well. My initial call was answered by a person (not a call back process), appointment was easy to set up, received a text confirmation the night before, and Ken, the representative, showed up exactly on time and got to work right away. Our carpet needed an overall cleaning, and had several spots that required treatment. Additionally, our dining table area is on the wall-to-wall carpeting so it gets regular abuse. The cleaning was very effective and the spots are gone. Understandably, there were some areas that were wetter than others due to needing more elbow grease during cleaning but nothing out of the ordinary and we were able to fully use the condo within a couple hours from when Ken got started. Ken was very professional, explained what he was going to do and went over the results of the cleaning when he was finished. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Provider was on time and did a great job. The carpets in our apartments were extremely dirty from 2 years of wear & tear and a brand new puppy. He left them looking brand new! Would definitely use again.

He arrived on time, pretreated all spots and big stains, took sweet time to thoroughly clean everything, and the carpet looks amazing! I highly recommend them, only thing would be that if your carpet is heavily soiled, like mine was, drying time is a bit longer than the advertised 2hrs, due to pre-treatment, which is understandable. Great service, totally worth it.

We were moving into our new home and the carpets needed to be cleaned. The previous owners had taken good care of it, however, there were stains left by furniture and deeply dirty spots in high traffic areas. John showed up on time (actually a little early) and was very nice and helpful. We walked through all of the areas that needed cleaning and he gave me a realistic idea of how clean the really dirty areas would get. He worked miracles on the carpet! Most of the spots that he said may not come out did come out and the back stairwell which was very dirty and dingy looks so much better. He was even able to get the oil and rust stains that came from two swivel chairs out. Their were some stains that came from wood furniture (so I can only assume that it was from the wood stain used on the bed and chairs) that did not come out, but, they did lighten slightly. Except for those very small stains, the carpet looked brand new! John did a terrific job and was so, very helpful. He spent extra time working on the heavily soiled areas so that he could get the best results for us--and, we really appreciate it!

John was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He cleaned 5 areas in my apartment and sot treated two. I had coffee stains and pet food dye stains. Both stain areas were approx 6-8 months old. He was able to remove 95% of the coffee stained area and 90% of the pet stained area. I would highly recommend this company and technician. Making the appt was quick and easy and the customer service was friendly, quick and easy.

We loved this company. They called the day of service to reconfirm and asked if it would be okay if they arrived a little early. They did an excellent job of getting out set in stains and the carpet felt almost new. We would definitely use them again!!

Everyone I dealt with at Oxi Fresh was very professional and extremely courteous from the time I called to make the appointment until the cleaning was completed. Chris worked diligently, was most efficient and was able to remove some difficult stains. I would definitely use them again and I strongly recommend them.
