Overall I am very positively impressed by the efforts that this company puts into customer satisfaction. I was initially disappointed with the results of my carpet cleaning, because there seemed to be some sticky/soapy residue left on the carpet after the first cleaning. Oxifresh came out again and re-did the job, and commented that it was not done properly the first time (and that that technician no longer works with them). The remaining comment I would have is that I would not recommend using this technology on tightly woven carpets such as berber because I don't think that it can effectively clean them. As I understand their technology/system, they apply the oxifresh solution into the carpet and then use brushes to work in/pull out the loosened dirt. Although they get a lot of dirt out, it is necessary to vacuum afterwards (when dry) to get out more of the dirt as well as residual cleaner. I think it is more challenging for their brushes to clean or get into berber; also, however, my vacuum can't seem to remove any residual dirt or oxifresh cleaner and so I may have to resort to steam cleaning.

We recently purchased a new home and the carpets had some stains on them. We figured we'd try to get them cleaned and then decide if we would replace them. They turned out great! The tech was very thorough and worked hard. We were very surprised how well the stains came out. We will definitely use this company again!

At first glance, it was amazing. My carpet looked amazing and I'm sure it hadn't been that clean in a very long time. I told the representative that I had been doing them myself but the stains always came back. He told me that would most likely not happen with their product as it used less water. Well, it was nice for about 3 weeks. Most of the stains are back. I am finding it hard to believe that within a month we dirtied the carpet in much the same way as it was before. But, perhaps. Who knows. I do have 2 little children. I was expecting it to last a little longer. There were some tough spots in the carpet that I hoped he would have talked to be about spot treating them. But after he finished the rooms, he left. I didn't notice until I walked around the house later. Overall though, the clean was needed and was amazing. Just not sure why the dirt seemed to come back so quickly.

The technincian arrived early and explained everything. I opted to get the additional spot removal service. Removed large stain and renewed 15+ yr carpet. I would highly recommend.

Very pleased with process and procedure. Workman was courteous and professional. Carpet looks great. Price was $84 more than deal but that was agreed upon prior to service.

Received a call from Nicole the day after my initial contact (email). She asked what 5 areas were being cleaned and if any areas were heavily soiled. I explained I had three birds and two cages and this area may require a second cleaning but didn't consider it heavily soiled. Discussed a few dates and scheduled the work. Nicole was professional, friendly, and concise. She gave me her phone extension to call if I had additional questions. I did call back because I had forgotten additional areas I wanted to be cleaned. I was told it wasn't a problem, need to discuss with the technician upon arrival. Russ called on the scheduled day to say he was on his way. He arrived at the precise scheduled time. I explained I had forgotten about additional areas I wanted cleaned. He was accommodating and gracious about it and said no problem. He worked up the additional costs including protectant for two areas and I agreed. Before Russ began work he explained the cleaning process, the products and equipment used. Also that the carpet dries in an hour. That was great news! Not having to wait hours for carpet to dry. He did a great job explain the entire process. He asked if there was a room order I preferred. I had not been asked this from other cleaning companies. This was important to me because I could return the birds to their room in about an hour. The cleaning was done steadily from room to room. All worked was completed in the time a lot. Russ was meticulous about his work, professional, and courteous.

It went amazingly well! Not just "went well considering" but " went well, period" I would never have thought the areas that had been so conspicuously stained could have been completely clean. The technician arrived on time, explained what he was going to do and how his price worked with Angie's $149 for 1250 sq.ft., and we were happy to pay, as we had agreed on the phone, for extra pretreating to ward off future staining and odor problems that might arise with an elderly disabled tenant. We had moved the heaviest furniture, but he worked around or moved the rest, and did an astonishingly quick job. He was in and out within two hours. Every visitor in the week since has asked for Oxi Fresh's card. I'm ready to use them on a project of my own, too!

I am super happy with this company. The system they use is highly effective and doesn't saturate the carpet with water or chemicals. We have two long haired dogs that shed a lot and also carry a lot of dirt and dander on them - all of the doggie stains and wear areas came up beautifully and it smells nice and clean too. The Oxi Fresh representative was pleasant and friendly, and also very thorough. I will absolutely use them again in the Spring. Thanks Oxi Fresh!

He accommodated me and arrived about 15 minutes early. I feel like I have new furniture. The cleaning brought out the colors in the furniture and he met my expectations totally. I am definitely going to use them again and he provided me with coupons for my next visit.

Customer service was great! Tech was super nice and professional. Follow up calls to make sure I was satisfied... they really care about what they do. The only issue was that it took a little longer to dry than they said it would, but was still pretty fast. I would use them again and recommend them.

They cleaned two areas of carpet. He was prompt and his punctuality was good. I was able to walk on the carpet the same day. I would use them again.

Technician arrived promptly . He explained the entire process before he started. All rugs were thoroughly cleaned and treated as promised. Several stains are totally gone. There was no residue, no lingering smell and the carpets were dry within 3 hrs.

The service went extremely well. Two of the rooms completed were bedrooms and we have two extremely heavy bedroom sets that we would never expect a person to be able to move alone. He allowed us to move the beds after cleaning half of the room and then he completed the room. He even gave us time to clean out the bottom of the closets (we hadn't thought of that before he came). He gave us a lot of good information about how long we can expect the carpets to continue to hold up as well. Most importantly, I didn't feel like he was trying to rip us off or push us to purchase any add ons.
