Best carpet cleaning I have ever had! It exceeded my expectations! I had major stains in one bedroom and was amazed and pleased that the stains were completely removed! I couldn't be happier.

They were prompt in responding. Early for the appointment. Only took about 45 minutes to complete. We were very pleased with the job that was done.

Cleaned my carpets for the first time in 2013. Have been using them at least twice a year ever since. Would never go with anyone else again! Fantastic results every single time. Thank you!

The written response of Oxi is inconsistent with their on-site performance, which was excellent, both originally and today. Too bad they had to come back to finish the job. Too bad they felt compelled to call me a liar. End of the day: Work is finally well done and the price was reasonable.

Was able to get an appointment within days of my request. The tech called just prior to arriving. Arrived on time. Very polite. We showed them the rooms and then he got right to work. Very quick. Carpets tip toe dry when he left. The carpets weren't soaked like other companies. They were very clean. We have light tan burber carper. We rent the machine at Home Depot a few times a year and this company did better than we could have. The carpet was super clean and they attacked the stains and they came right up. In and out. Not an all day thing if we did it. Worth every penny and the company very professional.

They were just like their reviews stated. Technician went above and beyond to service my home. Would not hesitate to use them again or to refer them to friends and family.

This is a follow-up posting. The owner, Earl, was very responsive to my prior posting where I was dissatisfied with the condition of my carpet. He personally came to my house, redid the carpet to my satisfaction. Therefore I am able to recommend this company and will reuse them in the future.

The carpets looked great and the technician was very good at explaining the system used and answered all my questions. The down side was that in only 4 weeks much of the dark areas came back. This company uses a low water solution and what I learned after having the service is the my wonderful dogs leave their body oils in the carpet. As they are Labradors these dogs have oils that are great at repealing water. So, for the carpets to be truly clean I need to use the hot water extraction system that will bread down these oils so they can be removed. If this is not a problem for your home this cleaning solution should work well for you.

Oxi Fresh did a great job cleaning my carpets, especially my stair runners that were quite stained. The stairs where my dog lies had become quite soiled and the technician worked hard to remove the stains and the carpet looks wonderful. Once again, I am very pleased with the product and personnel.

They did a great job! Our 15 yr. old carpets looked like new. And the process was very quick, only 3 hrs. The gentleman that did the work was very friendly and professional. I would recommend this Co. to anyone.

Arrived on time and called first. The carpet was stained with oil and pet stains. He suggested an enzyme treatment, but did not push the produce. I'd recommend it, it removed 99% of the stains I had. Very friendly.

I know we called about a year later after buying service, but when called was told they were out of business. Lost money...lesson learned. Let me amend my previous review. After original review went in, I was immediately called by the owner Earl Robinson personally. He told me that they were still in business and what could they do for me. We talked and was impressed with his zeal to get the problem worked out and clear up any misunderstandings. Will update once service is provided.

It was okay. The solution doesn't seem to penetrate as well as we would like so we are kind of over it. It was not that they didn't do a good job; they did as good a job as they have ever done. We have come to realize the approach to how they clean the carpet doesn't seem to work with some of the deeper stains. They were very professional and they did their work in a timely fashion. They went to work quickly and they were on time. Every aspect of their service was fine; it was just the end result wasn't great. I don't think we have ever had really great results. This time we had a couple of stains that were pretty bad. They have a treatment method that tends not to work for the kind of stains we had and we have come to that realization.

They’re wonderful! We’ll definitely use them again! We’ve had this house for 11 years and they’re the best cleaners we’ve ever used. They did what we thought was impossible – they got our 11-year old carpets looking brand new. The price was a bit more than we anticipated, but it was worth it.

All was good. And the guy gets hero points for cleaning even though my AC was not working....hot job. Still, did it thoroughly and cheerfully. Added two extra areas on the spot.

John did an excellent job in cleaning our carpets in our house. He was on time, courteous, outgoing, and we had a great time while he cleaned my carpets. He was easy to make an appointment. The rugs looked fantastic after he was done. The price was fair for the work performed.

John was on time and very friendly. I walked through the house and explained how the process worked. Was detailed oriented and asked if we had any concerns. He got right to work and completed the job within an hour. I will definitely use them again as an annual maintenance item in keeping the carpets clean.

I was very pleased with the service. I've used other carpet cleaning services, most of which I'd never use again, but I'd use this service again. It was professional, thorough, and the carpets looked great.
