Oxi Fresh of Columbia Carpet Cleaning

Excellent service, knowledgeable technican! The service provider (whose name I have forgotten) was VERY pleasant, on time, and very knowledgeable. He explained very clearly how their system works and we discussed whether it would be safe for my particular carpet (SmartStrand). He wasn't certain their system and my carpet would be compatible, so he left the decision up to me. I gave the go-ahead, and the carpet looks and feels great! I was really pleased with the results. Stains are gone, and remain gone (three weeks later), and the dry time was MUCH shorter than other companies'. He also explained a great deal to me about various vacuum cleaners (beater bars, non-beater bars), so I learned a lot beyond Oxi Fresh's system. I will use this company again and highly recommend them.

Even though no services were provided in the end, everyone I spoke to was kind, professional and knew what they were talking about. They honored my way outdated "big deal", when I was expecting to have to pay the difference between the deal and the regular Angies List cost. The gentleman who had been scheduled to do the cleaning, called me (because he had not yet gotten the cancellation, and was very polite about that), and he talked me through the things to be aware of so that I could find/screen a service provider in my new location. He explained where to look on furniture to find a code that tells you what method works for that fabric. If I had been able to take advantage of their service, I know the outcome would have been good.

I thought it went really well. They showed up on time and did a good job. It looked good when they left. I don't have any complaints about them at all.

Ken was prompt, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He explained the cleaning process, pointed out any trouble areas and managed expectations on "tough" stains. To my amazement, he was able to remove even a very large red wine stain. Couldn't be happier with the results. He even adjusted the invoice on the spot for a Groupon.

EXCELLENT...the service technician, Russ, was very punctual and professional. He explained the cleaning process, cautions and actions he would be taken to ensure quality service. Russ never appeared rushed to get the job done but worked at a steady pace. I would have no reservations calling them for repeat service.

The technician called prior to the appointment to say he was on time & would be there promptly at the appointed time, which was completely accurate. He was polite, professional & courteous. He explained the philosophy of the company & told us about the products he would be using. We were very impressed about how clean the carpets got. We were less than optimistic because they hadn't been cleaned in a number of years & had been badly soiled by our older, sick dog. We would highly recommend Oxi-Fresh to our friends and family members. As promised, the carpets were very clean & dry within about 2 hours of the service.

Did a great job cleaning my carpet. Showed up on time. Sometimes when I use a coupon there are hidden charges. This time there was not. I paid for the coupon online and service was provided exactly as I had hoped. With coupon, I would definitely use again.

Called prior to arrival as promised. Arrived ahead of schedule and was done in no time at all. Carpets looked wonderful. I will use this service if ever needed again.

I was contacted shortly after buying the offer on Angie's List. They did a great job cleaning my carpets and were able to successfully treat some problem spots. I would definitely use them again.

The team was able to get out very bad smoke smell from a whole upstairs and many really bad stains from renters. It was amazing. I honestly thought we were going to have to replace the carpet.

We used the $99 Carpet Cleaning for our family room in the lower level. The Oxi-Clean cleaning left the carpet with a stiff and sticky residue. The carpet appeared so dirty after the Oxi-Cleaning that we hired another cleaning company to come and clean the exact same carpet within weeks of the Oxi-Cleaning. There was a tremendous amount of dirt picked up by the other carpet cleaner - it was evident the Oxi-Cleaning did not clean the carpet.

These sofas were not in the best of shape, but Oxi Clean did a very thorough job. The technician who did the work was very professional. He explained every step of the process and showed me the very few spots that could not be removed. I was completely pleased with their efforts, would use them again and would recommend them to others.

This company works miracles!! We had to clean our townhouse after having very messy tenants. I was amazed with how well the carpets looked. The gentleman who came to the house was very nice and professional. He was extremely thorough and took pride in his work. We've used professional carpet cleaning services but nothing compares to the results that you will receive with Oxi Fresh. I will certainly use this company again and would highly recommend them!

The Tech was very professional, on time and listened to the areas that we felt needed some work. I liked the fact that the carpet was not "soaked" when he left (like it had been before by other carpet cleaners). I would definitely use Oxi Fresh again.

provider was great, very nice and professional. He worked to get the sofa and chair clean and they both looked better but not totally clean. May use a regular wet cleaning service next time. If your things are not really dirty this might be fine.

My carpets are clean, bright and fresh.

The carpet looked clean. The one surprising and somewhat alarming thing was that they did all of that work in about 35 minutes. That made me question whether they really did a thorough job. I don't think I'd use them again because I just didn't feel they did a thorough job.
