I purchased an Angies Deal back in 7/14 that had expired in 11/14. The company honored my purchase that had expired which I thought was really nice of them. Scheduling was hassle-free. The tech Chris showed up ON TIME and was immediately likable. He was both personable & professional. He helped me empty the room to be cleaned of its contents & went beyond the normal job scope by helping me move a king size bed and small settee. I added some additional areas to clean and he was completely accommodating. Chris did an outstanding job cleaning my carpets. I have been thinking its time to replace the carpets he cleaned for awhile now, but after the magic Chris worked on them I now think they have a few more years of life left in them. I could not believe how beautiful my carpets looked after Chris cleaned them. Also I am VERY CHEMICAL SENSITIVE & there was absolutely no harsh odor after the cleaning was complete. It has only been a few hours since the cleaning was done & the carpets are almost completely dry. I have already scheduled Chris to come back & clean 3 more bedrooms and a first floor family room. I highly recommend this company. A+

The service was top notch. The scheduler worked with us to find a suitable time; the provider (Chris) showed up on time and was professional, polite, and very competent. We are extremely please with the results and plan to have them come back to do the remainder of the carpets in our home. Highly recommend!

It worked out pretty well. They cleaned our carpets and they did our stairs as well. The were quite busy so they came out about 2 months later. They hauled everything away for us. Overall everything was good and I would recommend them to a friend or neighbor.

On time --Great job! Cleaned really dirty carpets downstairs and removed the dog odor ( I have 2 dogs) cleaned the 2 bedrooms upstairs and they look great! Awesome job and nice guys!!

They did a nice job the first time and I did have them back. I just had them out two weeks ago. He came in and did a great job. It looks good. He was here maybe an hour-and-a-half. I would recommend them to a family member or friend.

They did an outstanding job. They were very prompt. One worker came out. My interaction with them was good. In fact, I'm about to use them again.

The provider was a bit late. I called the main office to make sure he was coming. Almost immediately he showed up, apologizing profusely and explaining that the previous client had requested that he clean more areas than he had been scheduled to clean, thus pushing back his schedule. He got to work right away. He was polite, quiet, efficient, and the carpeting looked much better when he was done. My carpeting is worn and stained and should be replaced but we are too busy to deal with the upheaval of having the carpeting removed from four rooms and hardwood installed. So we put up with the worn-out carpeting a bit longer. I was surprised and pleased at how much cleaner and fresher he made our old carpet look.

The interaction went really well. They were not able to do the Upholstery Cleaning for us because of our furniture. We really appreciated them letting us know upfront rather than try to do it and leave us unsatisfied.

They were very professional. Unfortunately, the snow prevented them from coming the first day. They contacted me early and were accommodating to get a new date set up quickly. Additionally, they were on time and performed the services quickly. Further, I was specifically asking about drying time. Often a provider will tell you 12-24 hours and it actually takes much, much longer. They told me 12 hours and the carpet was clean and perfectly dry in 12 hours. I would highly recommend them.

He came on time. My carpet is white and he did an excellent job. He was very tidy and very professional.

A team of two came and had the carpet cleaned in no time. Carpet had not been cleaned in a couple of years and really needed it. Did a good job, and when I called about an area that looked like it has been missed, they immediately came back to redo the spot.

It was great. We used them before. We liked their services. They did a good job. We actually opted to have them do another room so we went up a little bit. We liked the fact that they were very quick. The carpets dried a lot faster than having the traditional carpet cleaners come. With Oxi Fresh, the carpets were cleaner and dried a lot faster like within two to three hours.

He did a fantastic job. He arrived on time and promptly began to treat the carpet. He was extremely courteous and professional. I would definitely use this company again in the future .
