The carpets turned out great.

I have these allergies on senses of chemical smells I had the odor for a day and then it went away. They were okay. The carpets are clean and I sold the house. I am happy. I told them I have these allergies, they did what they said they were going to do and they did a good job. They were punctual, they came right away. I have an allergy problem and that was an issue but odor went away after a day. I will recommend them.

the provider was very nice. the problem was, he wore his outside shoes into the house to clean the rugs, walked on the damp carpet & then across the hard wood floors that are adjacent to the carpeted areas. I was cleaning up foot prints from the cleaning solution for a few days.

They were on time, very professional, and explained the products they were using (all were safe for pets and kids), cleaned the carpets, and gave us tips on how to keep them in good shape.

The technician gave me a call and said he had finished up his previous job and wanted to start the job earlier than scheduled. That was a huge plus since it was my day off. The technician came in, assessed the area, and got right to work. The rugs look incredible once he had fniished. I had some stains near the front entranceway and some other spots around the house. The job was completed on time and the technician was very thorough. All in all, it was a great experience and I would suggest Oxi Fresh to my friends and neighbors.

I purchased the $59 for 3 Rooms of Carpet Cleaning via groupon, but first used Oxy Fresh with an Angie's Big Deal. Call and made an appointment. Technician name Chris, whom did our 1st cleaning with Oxy Fresh for us about 1.5yr ago(October 23, 2013), arrived at appointed time on time at 730am. Technician did not arrive in a company vehicle, instead in personal car as before, matter of fact his same car. We had the bedrooms free from furniture. He asked of what rooms and checked out my 2 stains on stairway that were were gently concerned about. Since I only had 2 rooms to be cleaned, I asked for the stairway and hallway as a substitution for the 3rd room. Chris said that is fine. Chris also mention that he remember our home and the convo about our son planning to join the Marines. Told him, I remembered him also, and told him Yes he joined and finished boot camp 3.5 months ago. Chris briefly explained the work to be done and went to work. I told him that I remembered the amazing machine with the big brushes. Job took about 1.25 hrs from arrival to departure. Carpets took about 3 hrs to dry completely. We are pleased with the work as we were before when Chris came out the 1st time. The bedroom's carpets are now 8.5yrs old and were cleaned once before moving in. Carpets came out great. Was barely damp 2.5 hrs later after he left.

We had just moved in to our new home. The carpets were extremely dirty (the house was previously a rental). We thought we'd have to replace the carpets entirely. We were surprised and very pleased with how clean Oxi Fresh were able to get the carpets. The service person was punctual, very friendly, and worked very efficiently. It also didn't take very long for the carpets to dry, about an hour after the cleaning was completed.

The service technician was on time and completely the job efficiently (about 1 hour 15 minutes).

Russ called the day before to confirm. He called the day of the work, saying he was running late. When he arrived, he told us because of the delay, he was offering two scotchguard type treatments for free. He completed the work on schedule and was very helpful and informative. The carpets dried within an hour or so, and we were pleased with the results.

Technician had an issue with his equipment and had to unfortunately reschedule. However, he was very professional and apologetic. Came back and cleaned our carpets the following day. Very happy with the whole process.

Excellent results. Dirk was my rep and he did a great job. I was going to call Stanley Steamers but decided to check Angie's List and took advantage of their coupon. Dry time for my carpets were about 2 hours max while Stanley Steamers took almost 2 days! No truck mounted machine with big long tubing just a guy and his special machine. Did a beautiful job with this machine. Fast, efficient and I do believe I have found a permanent company to do business with!!! Spot treated some pet stains and they came out beautifully. Thank you!!! Great job!!
