Oxi Fresh of Columbia Carpet Cleaning

The response time was pretty fast when I had initially called for an appointment & quote. Rodney & Jeremy were very prompted; they came at the time that was agreed upon. They were very friendly, professional & gave great advice on carpet care. Even the problem areas were excellently cleaned. Will definitely use them again--it was a job well done for a great price.

WOW! I am still blown away of how clean Ken got our kitchen floor grout. I have been struggling for quite sometime to get them clean. Everything was cleaned to my satisfaction and I really appreciated Ken texting me updates and photos as he cleaned everything ( I was at work at the time of the cleaning). Very professional services. Would not hesitate to hire again and to recommend to everyone. Will be calling again soon to get the rest of my carpet and tile floors cleaned.

Needed carpet cleaning after minor flooding in my basement. Basement had a slight mildew smell to it from the flooding. Representative was on time and very professional. From start to finish the cleaning took about 1 hour and drying time was about 2 hours. I was pleased with the service and love that my carpet wasn't saturated with water. I was a bit skeptical that it wouldn't take all day to dry, but I was pleasantly surprised in the short drying time and my carpet was clean and fresh in the end and the price was reasonable. They even treated a heavily soiled stain that came clean. I would use Oxi Fresh again.

Went well, except we were told on the phone that stairs would be included since our home was small, but the guy on site charged extra for stairs.

Scheduling was easy and prompt. I was able to have the carpet cleaned at a convenient time. I was texted with a reminder of my appointment. I was called 20 minutes before the technician was to arrive. He arrived a few minutes early. He was pleasant and explained the process. My 12-year-old carpet now looks like new.
