It went great! We have used the steam and the Chem-Dry process in the past and they have also been effective but I have heard mixed info about the steam process so we gave this a try. EXCELLENT results for stain and heavy traffic areas!

Ken arrived a few minutes early. He was very polite, friendly and professional. He explained the process and told us it would take about 90 minutes to do all 5 areas. He actually finished in 50 minutes. We had many pet stains (mainly cat vomit) on the carpet. He was able to remove the stains. We've tried to do it ourselves, but couldn't get them all up. The carpet smells clean and fresh and dried very fast. It looks practically brand new again. We've had the carpet cleaned in the past by other companies and it's never looked this good afterwards. Ken explained why we have some black areas around the air vents and recommended we get our air ducts cleaned which we will do. We highly recommend Ken and Oxi Fresh of Columbia Carpet Cleaning.

I received an email within an hour after purchasing. I called and left them a message and that was on 8/24 and so far no one returned my call. I think I gave them enough time to response.

The service technician arrived on time, but we were expecting a van with hoses for water extraction. His equipment was in the trunk of his car! We weren't familiar with the Oxi Fresh process. They apply a chemical to the carpet and use a machine to extract. We showed him an area that had heavy stains and amazingly, he was able to get most of it up, at no additional cost. He was very nice and professional. We asked him to do a large area rug in our family room and he quoted us a price of $25, which was very reasonable. We are very pleased with Oxi Fresh and will definitely use them again.

Oxi Fresh of Columbia provided courteous, prompt, informative, efficient service with Green products that made a significant difference in the appearance of our carpet. Oxi Fresh was able to schedule a cleaning for the date and time of day I requested (about a week after my call). The Oxi Fresh representative called 15 minutes before the appointed time to say he was on schedule and arrived a few minutes after his call. During an initial assessment of the job, he let me know that because of the condition of the carpet, he could not guarantee the 10-out-of-10 result that Oxi Fresh strives for on each job. He explained the reason for some dark areas along our baseboards, pre-treated badly soiled areas, and then cleaned the entire carpet. The representative was very courteous to us, offered to answer any questions, and advised us of coupons that may be available for future work. We are very pleased with how our carpet looks and with the whole process, which took less than an hour with no strong odors or soaking wet carpets. We're glad we found Oxi Fresh through Angie's List and highly recommend this company.

Carpet cleaning went well but the couch was ruined. The chemical used on the microfiber couch made it very rough. The technician paid attention to detail and was through in his work, but I can't give it a favorable review because our couch doesn't feel the same.

Professional arrived as scheduled and completed the work, including pre-treating for pet stains. He explained the process and I inspected the work (at his request) before he left. Budget-friendly and easy way to clean carpets with little drying time.

They showed up when promised. The worker was very courteous and explained everything he was going to do after I showed him the areas I wanted cleaned. I was very pleased with the end result. The only thing was the charge for excessive stain remover seemed a bit high but it did the trick. The difference is like night and day. They did a great job.

My technician was Tony. He was excellent. He arrived at exactly 8:00 a.m. as promised. We had some pretty rough areas courtesy of my two dogs, and Tony went the extra mile to make sure I was pleased.

There were some very serious spots on the carpets in the well worn common areas. Those areas were clean when it was finished. The gentleman who came was early and called to be sure it would be okay that he be early, which I appreciated. It was very happy with the service.

I had no idea my white berber carpets could be brought back to white!! I had three years of dirt tracked in, pet stains, and more. OxiFresh cleaned them to perfection! I had hoped for just clean but with stains... they way exceeded my expectations. I will always use OxiFresh in the future.

We have a 20+ year old white Berber carpet in our den leading out to the back deck so a lot of dirt gets tracked in and ground down into the fibers. It also had some stains I couldn't get out. Ken Harn came out and did a wonderful job on all the areas but especially on this old carpet. It doesn't look exactly brand new, it never will again, but it looks 100% better than it did. The carpets were cleaned very well and the person who did the work was very professional.

They arrived on time. The technician arrived in his own vehicle, not a company truck. Used a few gallons of our hot water to mix with his detergent, then used machine to remove dirt. Looks good.

They came, they cleaned, they left. Nothing bad, nothing special.

Dude suggested I clean the 2 rooms downstairs in addition to what I had already paid for . . . he was very understanding and 'non-salesman-like' when I explained I only wanted to pay the initial package price. This WAS very REFRESHING!

I had my master bedroom, dressing room, hallway, family room dining room done. He did a great job. There were areas in the MB that were heavily soiled from the dog lying there and it looked so much better. I would definitely use them again.
