Oxi Fresh of Columbia Carpet Cleaning

Chris was my technician. On the day of the appointment he called to say exactly what time he would arrive. He did a thorough job in a timely fashion and I was very pleased with the results. I was pleasantly surprised that my carpets were barely damp when he finished. My previous cleaner left them downright wet and I thought that was to be expected. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.

This was a great experience from start to finish. I bought a deal for $99 and it was well worth the price. The guy arrived on time (he even called me when they were on their way), he was very professional and he did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets. I am very pleased.

It was okay. The carpets that got done were very soapy and stiff so they had to come back. They were nice about coming back. I wished that they had not made it too soapy in the first place. On one hand, I wasn't happy with it but on the other hand, they were good about fixing it. They came back and fixed it. It was fine but it was a little more hassle than it needed to be. They were on time and they called ahead when they're on their way.

Great. I purchased 2 deals to clean my entire house, and the provider actually told me that I had over-purchased for the size of my home, and gave me a refund for what wasn't used. I'll definitely use them again.

We have used Oxi Fresh of Columbia to clean our carpets in the past and will continue to do so in the future. We have been very happy with their professionalism in both their communication concerning scheduling appointments and date of service contact as well as doing a great job of cleaning the carpets and in permanently removing any stains that may have set in. I have not used them to clean our furniture but when the time comes to have it cleaned, I will use Oxi Fresh for our furniture needs as well.

The guy did not change the water before starting on my stairs. I called the company and spoke to the owner to let them know I wasn't happy with the work. I asked for some of my money back and the owner sent me a check. He made good on his word. I probably just wouldn't use them again.

They called before arrival, arrived on time, and did what they were supposed to do.

Simple, just clean 4 rooms and remove stains if needed. First I meet the manager of the company, he was on time and very friendly. He did an amazing job cleaning the carpets and removed stains that I thought would not come out. This was a rental house and the carpets looked practically brand new when he got done. He also was very fast and efficient. When I moved in, the carpets were marginally clean and had stains, he got them all out, I wished the landlord had used this company before I moved in. I own a half dozen rental houses and this company will definitely be my go to company. It is refreshing to have a cost effective company that does an exceptional job. Felix

Awesome service. The technician called me when he was on his way and arrived right on schedule. He was courteous, professional, and did a great job on cleaning the carpets. We were very pleased and will definitely use their services again.

Arrived 2 hrs. late. called when he was supposed to arrive- blamed it on the phone staff over-scheduling him. Then he refused to honor the price quote ($120 that price included previous customer coupon). Said stairs and extra feet add to cost- higher price. When I asked why the increase in price from the last time they/oxi fresh cleaned (1 month ago), he stated that the previous crew had measured incorrectly and so had charged wrong price. I asked him to honor the price that was originally quoted and take it up with his mgmt. He (rudely) refused. They must be using subcontractors- otherwise, why was this guy (Michael) so set against honoring what was originally quoted. I called and left a message for the manager, but they have not returned my call. Will not use again, especially since I was gracious enough to wait for them (2 hours) to accommodate their lateness and for nothing.

It's a miracle. He went over my worst area (my cat's favorite area) 3 times, just to be thorough. And he cleaned 2 smaller rugs in the kitchen. I am amazed. Well worth the money! Dan was terrific.

It was okay. They did the whole house and it's a big house. I did see some places they missed. They did say that we could call back if we saw something that we told them about, but I never did. They would have come back, I'm sure. It wasn't a big deal, not big things. It turned out to be expensive. It certainly wasn't what they advertised just because I added more. I had to have stain protection in all these extra rooms and that all added up. The closet turned out to be a room. The workers were nice.

After purchasing a package through Angie's List, I was contacted via e-mail and asked to call to set up a service time. I did so, and despite some confusion over the information provided in the e-mail, I was able to make an appointment with little difficulty. Dirk arrived at my house spot on time. He was very friendly and professional. My house is a Baltimore rowhouse with a VERY narrow winding stair, and I appreciated the care he took carrying his equipment up and down them. There was again a little confusion about the package at the end, as he didn't know I'd prepaid. I found my e-mail receipt, showed it to him, and that took care of it. The furniture turned out very well, clean and, after a few days' use, nice and soft. I would definitely use Oxi Fresh for carpet and furniture cleaning in the future.
