Excellent service. Dirk arrived promptly, inspected the carpets, and started work. He was professional, attentive to detail, and efficient. I would definitely recommend this company and this particular service provider. The only thing that I would change is that he ask for assistance to move the sofa so that the carpet behind and under the sofa could be cleaned.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a new rescued pet who was leaving unpleasant gifts on my carpet and the technician worked hard to make sure that he cleaned the edges of the carpet (between wall and carpet) very thoroughly. I was very pleased with the service and promptness.

One of the rooms was pretty bad and the tech persisted until he got the carpet reasonably clean. Good job.

Dan Cunningham was very professional and worked steadily until the areas were cleaned. I purchased the $99 deal from Angie's List. The additional cost was for the application of protectant on vulnerable areas. All went planned, and the carpets look great.

The house I just bought has old carpets in the bedrooms. I didn't want to replace them right away and they were dirty and badly stained. The cleaner did a very good job and apologized for not getting them perfect, which would not have been possible given their condition. I was very happy with the results. They look, feel and smell much better.

Had service done once before in 2013.... Ken, service technician, was rude and totally unprofessional.... Decided I would never use company again.....changed my mind and called to take advantage of a new offer only if Ken was not assigned to my job....Tony came today and could not have been nicer....He did a wonderful job.....was extremely caring and extremely professional....would definitelly recommend company again if he was the representative who would be coming to complete the service.

It was great! The house and carpets smelled very fresh and clean, no chemical odors, and the carpets weren't soaked, and dried quickly. The man was very professional and worked hard.

Tony, the service person who was assigned to do the work, called first to confirm the appointment, then arrived punctually. He was as courteous and helpful as anyone could be. He did the four areas of carpet as contracted. The whole process took about two hours, and the results are excellent.

Chris did an excellent job. Called to let me know of his arrival time, explained the process and was very thorough. After lifting up a chair for him to clean under, we noticed a significant stain; almost rust like. He spent concentrated time working on removing the stain and did a fantastic job. We were both surprised by the outcome. I carpets tried quickly seeing that the process does not require lots of water, which otherwise would saturate the carpeting. This process was terrific and I would definitely use them again. Highly recommended.

The technician called ahead to tell me he was arriving early (this was fine with me) and got straight to work when he arrived. He displayed expert knowledge about rugs and stains, and also explained that this service was completely eco-friendly, which was a pleasant surprise since the last time someone cleaned a carpet in my home it smelled of foul chemicals for days. The area rug I had cleaned was about ten years old in a high traffic area and had never been more than spot-cleaned before. Worse, when my dog was really sick, she was confined to that room, and it had been urinated and vomited on more times than I can count. My hopes for cleaning it were low, but I just wanted to refresh it and see if I could get a few months more life out of it. I can't tell you how perfect it looked when he was done cleaning it. It looked absolutely brand new, not a single stain. No smell at all. I am so happy with this company.

My wife wasn't completely satisfied with what they had done. She had nothing specific to come up with but she said that it didn't look as good as when it was done by another company that used to do it. It was good but it could have been a little bit better. I had no problem with the price. They told us what time they would be here and they were about 5 minutes early. Using them in future would depend on my wife. I think she probably would but I can't guarantee it because she said it wasn't as good as she has had it done before especially in her office area. It didn't come up too good. There was some a stain and it wasn't a hard stain. It wasn't like somebody spilled wine or anything like that. you could go in there and at first glance you may not notice it but if you look, you can see that area. They could have put more effort to it. It was still wet when my wife saw it. She wasn't here when they came. I was here and she arrived like fifteen minutes after they left. She walked in and said, look at this. My wife went in there with something a few days later and it looks great now.

They did great. Their work was great. The machine they were using wasn't the best they've had. Their carpet stuff left a little bit of something on the floor. I have had other carpet cleaners come in since then and they are much better.

Did a great job, even got out stains that were present when we moved in last year.

Russ did a great job. No mess. carpet looks good. Going to request him for next cleaning. He was very knowledgeable about carpets and their care.
