Description of Work: Cleaned 26 stairs, 2 bedrooms and dressing area. Also, deodorized. John was very professional and punctual. The carpets look great. When he came in I had gated my dog in the living room. He immediately came over to greet and pet her-as a dog lover, this was great! John took less than an hour to complete everything.The carpets dried so quickly, even though it was very humid out. If I had any (small) issue it was that the equipment could not reach the crevices of the stairs. Would certainly use again!

Description of Work: The Oxi-Fresh technician arrived at our house on time and did an excellent job cleaning our carpets per the agreed upon Angie's List deal. We also added cleaning of our stairs as well since we had some pet stains on them. The work was completed within 2 hours and we have been very pleased with the outcome.

Description of Work: Oxi-Fresh cleaned 5 areas of carpet as well as a 6 seat sectional sofa. The tech was very professional and did a quality job. Would highly recommend using this company.

Description of Work: I bought the 5 room voucher and he cleaned all the carpets in the house. I purchased the steps separately. He did a great job! He got out stains I had tried to remove multiple times. The carpets dried very quickly. They were a little crunchy afterwards but it went away with vacuuming. He was very prompt and friendly.

Description of Work: John came and did a fabulous job on my carpets. There was no harsh smell and they dried really quickly. The carpets looked new again. I had two small spots he could not get out and pointed it out to me so I could go get a different chemical which would remove it since they don't use any chemicals that aren't environmentally safe.

There were two stains I couldn't get out that they removed completely. | |We originally had contracted for the stairs also and I ended up replacing the carpet on them vice cleaning. | |Since I already had pre-paid the Oxy-Clean Rep gave me some products in-kind to make up for the money. Excellent in every way and will use them again. | |

Description of Work: cleaned a sofa and a chaise. it looked clean when it was wet but 50% of the stains were still there after it dried, he explained that he did not do special treatments on the furniture, that was not included in the price. The provider was a nice gentleman, but the service did not clean my upholstery as thoroughly as I wanted.

Description of Work: They cleaned the carpet in my basement and basement steps, my only complaint is that they need to be more clear on how they determine if they are doing 3 rooms and based on what measurements.
