Description of Work: Cleaned basement, family room and steps. Awesome job by Russ..... Nice guy. He got a few stains out that I didn't think was possible. Also had 2 rust spots on carpet from the frame of a recliner that was sitting on a damp carpet. They even came out!!!!! Highly recommend this Company!!!!!

Description of Work: Technician called prior to his arrival to say he was on his way. Cleaned five rooms of carpeting and two pieces of upholstered furniture. We are sold on OxiFresh.They do a great job and you can walk on the carpets almost immediately.

Description of Work: Bought a deal for $149 for 1,250 Square Feet of Carpet Cleaning and contracted for additional services for staircase cleaning. They were timely and polite, but my carpets looked worse when they were finished than they looked before. 2 places on my staircase carpet were unraveled - the carpet cleaner said this was a problem with the carpet, and not his cleaning, but I don't know whether that is accurate. In any case, it is unraveled now, and wasn't before. Additionally, most of the "cleaned" carpet areas were gray (not white) afterward. We contacted the company and the technician said his machine had broken and spit out dirty water on all of our carpets. He did come back 2 or 3 times at our request trying to get them clean and eventually made satisfactory progress, but it took alot of time, follow ups, and phone calls on my part. He was very courteous and considerate through.
