Description of Work: The tech was very nice and professional. He removed a lot a lot of stains out of my carpet; however, he was not able to remove the dog smell. I wouldn't spend the extra money to "deodorize" the carpet as that was a waste.

Description of Work: The person was very nice and he let us add more area with extra cost. We had flood in the basement which had left some mold & mildew marks on the carpet. After he was done the carpet looked new. There were no marks anywhere on the carpet.
