About us

All Oxi Fresh Employees are highly trained full-time technicians, specializing in Commercial and Residential Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning. We do not use independent contractors. All employees are highly trained and taught not only how to do a great job cleaning, but also how to leave your home - nice and neat when we leave. We wear shoe covers and put down tarps/towels on your hardwood floors. You wont be left with a mess to clean up afterwards like many other subcontractors. If you are looking for a commercial cleaning job to be done - we work 7/24 to serve our commercial customers. We have a large crew, so we can 'get in and get out' as soon as possible. Carpets are typically dry in 1-2 hours, which gives us the ability to clean doctors offices, restaurants and large office buildings without disrupting your business. We accept checks and major credit card. Payment is due at the time of service.

Description of Work: Provider arrived on time and immediately went to work cleaning carpets. Job was completed in approximately 1 and 1/2 hours. The representative made it clear that he would not move anything to clean beneath...even the smallest pieces of furniture. In my opinion, not that professional an attitude. Overall, a good job.

Description of Work: They scheduled it within a week of my request, confirmed the appt before they came out and arrived on time. They did my basement and a set of stairs. I had pet stains that they were able to eliminate or at least minimize. Really a great value and I will use them for the rest of my house.

Description of Work: They cleaned the carpet in two rooms plus a staircase. Very professional, the process removed most of the stains and did not leave the carpets full of water. It only took three hours for the carpets to dry.

Description of Work: I purchased the $165 for 6 areas, Earl the owner added $98 for extra two areas. The OXI fresh was operated as it's named, the carpet was given a fresh clean look with a lot of fiber collected by the machine. The whole job lasted about a hour and half. It would be perfect if they have a smaller machine to take care of edges and corners. I think the work and price was just and fair.

Description of Work: The technician, Earl, was very professional and knowledgeable about the different textures and wear of carpets. I had seven rooms cleaned plus the stairs and hallway. Because the process does not soak the carpets, the carpets were ready to walk on and place furniture back within 2 or three hours. I will use this company again.
