Oxi Fresh of Columbia Carpet Cleaning

The provider showed up on time and carefully analyzed the type of fabric on the sofa and chair to make sure of the correct cleaning process. He quickly cleaned the sofa and chair and moved on to the area rug and stairway. The whole process was very fast, made no mess at all and dried quickly. We have pets that are h****** furniture. Oxi Fresh did a terrific job and I will be sure to use them in the future.

Used Angies List coupon to have the carpet in 5 rooms cleaned. The carpet is in good shape but there were a few minor stains. Oxi Fresh was easy to schedule, arrived on time, and was very professional. Their process removed the stains and the carpet looks and feels great (no crusty residue). Purchased odor remover for a room our pets spend a lot of time in for an additional $30. It was essentially an aerosol spray. Probably would not purchase the odor remover again, however, would use the carpet cleaning service again.

The carpet was cleaned better than ever! It is over 10 years old and showing wear but with this method of cleaning, it came out great. Even where there were very bad stains, the carpet is now clean. I highly recommend this company! Scheduling was prompt, as was the technician. Tech was courteous, thorough and personable. This was a great experience.

mostly vacuumed with a vacuum that had water for steam. nothing related to stain removal or real cleaning, just wet vacuuming.

Chris did a great job. He had been here about 1-1/2 yrs ago and we were very pleased, so requested him again. The OxiFresh process leaves your carpeting less wet and looking good. We would definitely use them again.

When I did not hear from them to schedule service, I called them and got an answering machine. I let my name and number, requested a call back. Still heard nothing from them. I called at least 2 more times during October and November, no one ever answered the phone: no answering machine. At this point, I'd really like my money back.

Cleaning of carpet left a stiff and gritty residue. We thought it would improve once dry, but it only got worse. We called Oxi-Fresh and expressed our concern about the problem. They appeared very responsive and promised to send someone else within several days to correct the problem. We confirmed an exact date and time for the appointment. The technician did not appear on the agreed to date and time. He did not call nor did anyone else make any attempt to contact us to change the appointment. We contacted the office and found out from them that he was ill. They agreed to reschedule the appointment for two days later. The technician did not arrive at the scheduled time, but called soon after to say he was running 90 minutes late. He ultimately came and said he would add some additional water to the carpets and try to remove the residue. They have improved somewhat, but they still feel very rough ? ? certainly rougher than they were originally ? ? and not like freshly cleaned carpets. We would definitely not recommend Oxi-Fresh. Over the years we have used a number of other carpet cleaners including Stanley steamer and other namebrand providers. We would definitely go back to any of these before going back to Oxi-Fresh. Quality of the service and professionalism are both sub-par.

The Oxy Clean people were professional, prompt and explained everything they were going to do before they did it. They did the whole house in 3 hours.

it went like clockwork. Everything looks like new. I was especially concerned about a huge glaring hot chocolate/dirt stain that I couldn't get out. Now you'd never know it was there. Terrific job! Ken was very professional and explained what he was going to do and then did it. Definitely would hire this company again.

He did an outstanding job. FINALLY, something got the dog smell out of the carpet - nothing I did ever worked. I thought the price was extremely fair for all the additional things I asked for beyond the original, advertised deal once I learned what else was available. Highly recommend him.

Work was done well; provider was professional and accommodating; when the appointment was made initially we were not asked about the typreof fabric on the couch that we had originally wanted cleaned; when the provider arrived he explained that the fabric was to delicate for his type of cleaning; since had already paid for the service we decided to have other pieces cleaned instead

Dan called, as promised, to let me know the approximate time he would arrive. He followed up when he was running late to update his arrival. I appreciated his efforts to maintain communication. Dan thoroughly explained the "green" process and examined my rugs to be sure the process would work well with the rug material. In fact, he said he would test a small area and determine if the rug material would handle the process. Dan worked in a timely manner, helped me move some of the furniture and did a great cleaning job I also liked that this "green" process would allow my rugs to be dry in about one hour . I would use this company again. I would, however, advise Oxi Fresh to update their Ad with Angie's List. The Ad stated that there was a 20% discount for Angie's List customers. That attracted my interest. When scheduling service I was told that the 20% discount only applied to orders over $200, They need to correct this. Excluding the Ad, I would not hesitate to recommend this company to friends and neighbors. The price was fair and the workmanship was very good.

Oxifresh came out and spent less than an hour cleaning my son's bedroom rug, my staircase and landing and my living room. The gentleman did not move my end tables (which did not have anything on them), my three floor lamps that are very light or my small book case. I have had other companies clean my carpet, and decided to give this company a chance due to the great price, but it came at the cost of quality. When I called the same evening to express my concerns, the receptionist was very apologetic and agreed to have the company come out an fix what was missed. She also stated that the owner contacted the worker and he blamed my father who was home while they were there. My father was shocked, as he did not have any interaction with them while they were there, other than to let them in and say hi. So, a date was schedule for them to come out and clean all of the areas missed. The gentleman called to cancel a half hour before due to poor weather, which was fine. His voicemail however, stated that he could easily pop in another time to spend "the 10 minutes it would take to fix the one spot". The tone was very condescending, and I called the company immediately. I was told they were in the middle of a system upgrade and would call me right back....still waiting. I would never have them come back to my home, as I would rather pay more for the quality of other companies.
