Oxi Fresh of Columbia Carpet Cleaning

Description of Work: Chris, who cleaned the carpet, was professional and pleasant. The carpets look clean. However, I am disappointed with the appearance of the carpet after the cleaning and the response from the owner. We have a 5-year-old, good-quality, plush carpet. There are two adults and no pets in our house. This was the first time it's been cleaned. Either the machine or the products used left a pattern in the carpet that was not there before. For the last 5 years, I am the person who has routinely vacuumed the carpet, with a Dyson, so I am the person most familiar with the carpet. So I guess I was not satisfied with the response of the owner when he came into the house for the first time and told me what the carpet should look like. Oxi-Fresh is probably OK for a different type of carpet, such as berber, and I like the fact that they use natural products in the cleaning process, but I would not recommend Oxi-Fresh for a medium pile plush carpet. I was disappointed with the manner in which the owner addressed my concerns.

Description of Work: This company is a pleasure to do business with. The technician arrived promptly and we agreed on the three rooms to be cleaned. The 17-year old Berber carpet looked amazing afterwards and he was even able to remove some ancient stains from our guest bedroom! I am looking forward to using OxiFresh of Columbia again

Description of Work: I must admit I was somewhat concerned when the tech first arrived. I expected a big huge truck with a lot of water and a lot of hoses throughout the house. However he arrived with a very small container which he sprayed oxygenated substances into the carpet and a very small spray machine that pulled the oxygen concentrate back out. I was very impressed by the work that was done here and would certainly use them again in the future, considering their excellent customer service, the product they provided, and friendly tech that arrived and did my carpet.

Description of Work: They cleaned all the carpets in our rental property, plus did stain protection on all but 1 Bedroom. We had purchased an Angie's List deal so that made the cost much lower. The only hiccup was the technician was about 30 minutes later than our appointment time, but they called me 30 minutes prior to our appointment time to let us know they were running late and why. I appreciate the open communication and understand sometimes the prior job could take longer than anticipated. We'd definitely use them again for carpet cleaning.
