Description of Work: Contacted vendor to perform carpet cleaning per the replacement Big Deal, but they were not able to come out to perform the service in the time frame I needed it completed in. They tried to accommodate, but the lead time was just too short and they received a large number of orders from the Big Deal offers. The company was polite and pleasant throughout the course of our contact. I would use them in the future in a non-time-critical capacity.

Description of Work: Ordered the coupon June 21. We their phone call June 22. They were closed when we called back, but the voicemenu stated that we could schedule appointments online. When checking online, there were no appointments available for the next 3 weeks. We needed carpets cleaned before moving out on June 29th. We ordered a Big Deal from another service provider instead.

Description of Work: John Lawall, the Manager, called about an hour prior to my appointment time, and arrived within 40 minutes. Very punctual. Very much a gentleman and pleasant. He got the work done in about 45 minutes (I have a small townhouse), and the carpet really looks great. I will definitely recommend Oxi Fresh to others, and will use them in the future. Great job.

Description of Work: The work was prompt, professional and fast. The results were outstanding -- all our spots etc. were removed. The only issues was that the rug was very rough for a couple of days. But now it is soft again and sparkling clean.

The company was very much on time, did his work in a very professional manner, answered all my questions, a very pleasant person (man). I now feel that my carpets are very clean and lovely to look at. I would recommend this company to anyone on a big A basis in every category...and when I need a carpet cleaner again I will definitely call them.

Description of Work: Carpet cleaning for 3 small rooms using their special system that doesnt soak the carpets but still gets them very clean. I was skeptical but pressed for time and it was a good deal used a coupon on their website and I have to say I was really impressed. I was having the carpets cleaned in a new apartment before moving in and they did a fabulous job. Plus I was sick that day so I let the guy in and then left asking him to lock up when he was done and he did went the extra mile to phone me with a report when he was done and also took care of moving Christmas tree and sofa that were on the carpet. Very nice professional and most importantly great results

Description of Work: Complete carpet cleaning and protection of several rooms of carpet. Individual explained the process prior to actually completing.He went over hard to clean areas several times in order to make it look almost new.

Description of Work: My dogs had gotten into 25 packs of hot chocolate which was matted and ground into my carpet. My carpet is now clean, no sign of chocolate. I unfortunately do not remember the gentleman's name who came, but he was on time, courteous, spent a bit more time than he thought it would take to get some of stains out of my carpet. Took a little longer to dry in areas because it took a while to get out the stains. There was no bulky machines, no soaked areas of carpet. I am looking forward to having the rest of my house done. A++++++++++ company. Could not be happier with the results.
