Description of Work: NU Look Home Design had the best price, value and service of all the contractors. They were beat out by Thompson Creek and that is very impressive and were recommended by Thompson Creek if I found their product too expensive. Although I went with Thompson Creek, NU Look Home Design Inc., was my top choice.

Description of Work: Nu Look Home Design replaced the roof, rain gutters, and windows on my home in Aug 2014. They completed the roof and rain gutters in one day, and another crew replaced the windows the following day. They cleaned up and took away all debris. All the work was professionally done and I am very happy with the results.

Description of Work: New roof - 12 square - architectural shingles - premium lifetime warranty. We previously used NuLook for windows and doors several years ago. Same level of exceptional service. Sales pitch is lengthy as they all are and initial quote way too high but negotiations painless and outcome satisfactory. Would definitely recommend NuLook.

Description of Work: New 50yr Owens CorningShingle, 29 square, ReRoofing with all the add-ons (Upgrade Roof Cap/Vent, Ice Shield etc) Salesman was courteous, knowledgable and professional. Service was prompt. Job took 12 hours to complete. Roof looks great. Price was just - Okay. Very satisfied with the work overall.

During the installation of the roof it went ok. However, while removing the old roofing the workers did not pay attention to where they were throwing it and many pieces landed in flower beds, damaging plants. About 6 months later there was a major storm and there was a leak over my porch. I called the company and after several tries I spoke with the head of the company. He sent out a guy who was clearly not a roofer who informed me that my flashing needed to be replaced. I asked him why this wasnt done during the installation of the roof to which he did not respond. They did not replace the flashing on either the back porch or front porch. They just used the old stuff that was there. A few months later the vent on my roof started clinking when the wind blew. I spoke to them about fixing it as this started after they replaced the roof I am still waiting for have them fix it, as was promised by Mr. Tom Bury. In short they were over priced and and did not produce a quality product. I suggest getting quotes from other companies who have been around longer than this company.
