Description of Work: The sales person was an excellent profesional, knew the material, was very respectful and took the time to listen to us. I can say the same about the contact person at NU. |They did the job alright, however NU did not disclose to us at any time that the job was to be made trough a subcontractor and the person in charge of the NU contract did not visit us at home at the time the gutters were being placed and the job was completed.

Description of Work: We would highly recommend getting several quotes before using this contractor. They quoted us a price which was a (50%) discount and it was still $20,000 higher then our other quotes. This was after negotiating a better price, as the original quote would have been almost $40,000 higher. Beware of the discount tactics used by this company!

Description of Work: I replaced my roof, the sales pitch was long and their price was 1000.00 over my budget, but I felt I was getting a quality roof. The men arrived as scheduled and finished in one day. One concerne I had was the crew could not speak English very well and I had to for the foreman to return before I could communicate with someone. I did the walk around and was presented with my warranty.

Description of Work: Overall very happy. Nu Look arrived a little late - about 60 minutes after the time they said they would be on site. Work was done in a very professional manner. Very happy with the quaility of the job, and the price was in the lower half of the quotes I received. I picked Nu Look based partly on price and partly on ratings on Angies list. Will call them again for any exterior work I need.

Description of Work: New roof and gutters We have had no gutter overflow since installing the new gutters. the roofers were meticulous and fast. Our neighbors were so impressed when watching the workmen clean up that they decided to hire them to replace their roof and gutters.

Description of Work: I wanted to get a roofing estimate. I told the person with whom I made the reservation that I had a ceramic tile roof, and that I was not interested in a bottom of the line replacement. The estimator showed up on timea, but immediately said that he didn't know that I had that yep of roof, and would have to reschedule. Ten minutes before the rescheduled appointment, a scheduler called to say the estimator still didn't have the materials that he needed to estimate my job.At that point I cancelled. it was bad enough that they weren't ready, but they should have called.well in advance rather than letting me wait around.
