My initial experience was extremely positive. I purchased a 4 hours of handy man service for 100.00 for this company. I called to schedule the appointment and was asked to send an email request. I did and received a reply within hours. I included, dimension of room and halls to be painted along with pictures and list of materials I had purchased for the job. They scheduled the job for 1 week later. I had to leave town and called them to reschedule the date of the appointment for 4 days later. I sent an email and they again replied quickly and accommodated my request. The problems began when they arrived for the appointment. When the "painter" arrived he had NO ROLLERS, NO TAPE, 1 paint brush and one ladder that was 20 ft. I explained that I sent a list of what I was supplying and asked if I needed to get anything else and was told he would have everything needed. So he left to get rollers. He took the covers off the outlets and lights and put the putty I supplied on the walls to repair small cracks. He did not sand the putty he just put it on and painted over it. 2 hours later he was still painting the first room (9 x 12) He got paint on the ceiling, never painted the window ledges and trim and got paint on the floor boards which were to be painted white. Instead of finishing one room he started 2 other walls and did not finish either of them. One wall was left 1/2 painted because he was afraid to stand on the ladder. When he was leaving I noticed that all of the work he had done required a second coat of paint. He was in my home for 6 hours and accomplished nothing but making a mess. He even managed to leave paint in the hall on a ladder in a cup which my dog discovered and knocked over onto my carpet. To which he said " Oh, my bad I forgot it was there. Just get it up with a wet paper towel.....really? As the "painter" was leaving revealed he is NOT A PAINTER instead he does carpentry. He actually said he hated painting and is only there because he was told to come. I was told that the company normally subcontracts painting jobs to another company but since I bought a certificate for the work and they were not making a profit they just sent someone with no experience hoping I would not notice. That may have worked if he had done a 1/2 decent job but the work was so horrible it looked like my 9 year old son did it. I wish they had been honest and said they did not have the skill set to do the painting with an "in house" painter. I would have gladly had them put in my new hardwood floors or new kitchen counters and counter tops, which I also need done. Instead I wasted my time, my work certificate and my day off. I had to pay another company to come in and correct all of the mess that this " NON-PAINTER" made in my home. The person that came out was very nice, polite and apologetic but the work was a mess and cost me more time, money and time off from work then necessary. Because of this I will never use this company again. For me, honesty is the best policy. I felt I was purposely mislead and did not get what I paid for at all.

They did a very good job. It was a living social deal, we got it in a reduced deal, thanks to Livingsocial.

I had purchased time with Noonan through Groupon. They had a lot of responses, but still scheduled my work in a timely fashion, were responsiveness to my communication and sent a very qualified and nice guy to do the job. He did everything perfectly and then cleaned up and even took old range hood. Highly recommend this company.

A truly professional group! I have had a few projects completed by Mike and his team. Most recently I had a leaky roof fixed and they were timely and efficient. Two thumbs up for Noonan Construction!

The overall experience with the Noonan Construction team was absolutely great. It started with Mike coming to our new home and listening to all of our wants and needs. The first meeting he spent about 3 hours listening and giving us some great ideas. Some of his ideas were very helpful because he has had so much experience with completely remodeling/ flipping homes in his past. The next meeting he brought out his architect and they measured everything and discussed the original ideas that Mike and my husband and I had talked about. They then took all of this information back and began creating our vision. When they came back with two seperate sets of plans we sat down and went over them in full detail. My husband and I were extremely excited because not only did they have two seperate designs but they both had really great ideas and flow for what we were looking for. After deliberating over the two designs for a few weeks we finally decided to choose design #2. This design was more than we could have asked for with the space we had to work with. Once the permits were pulled and the project started the first thing done was the demo. Once walls were removed and new walls were installed we could see our dream/vision coming true right before our eyes. Mike was very addement about the roofing, windows and siding to be installed next. After the exterior was completed he said we could concentrate on finishing the interior of our project. The crews that did the exterior work were very knowledgable about the products they were installing. All of these crews worked like a welled oiled machine together and this entire process took only five days total to complete. We were ecstatic about the way things were heading. Because so much work was being done Mike was very patient and very helpful in helping us make decisions on products and materials that would help create the look we were going for. Mike told us several times "we are basically building you your custom house and there are alot of decisions to make and decisions take time". After all the electrical and plumbing rough-ins were completed drywall went up and we were still on track to meet our scheduled deadline. Once the walls were painted and crown molding was installed we could not believe our dream was coming true. Mike had the ceramic guys in to install tile on the kitchen floor and in two bathrooms that had tile on the floors and walls. My master bathroom is one of my favorite rooms in the house. Mike designed a gorgeous six foot by eight foot shower with multiple shower heads and a gourgeous frameless shower door. "Love It". A week later the kitchen cabinets were completely installed and they templated for our gourgeous granite counter tops. After the interior was almost finished my husband and I just couldn't live with the surface of our old deck. So we came to Mike and asked what we could do with the deck without breaking the bank. He looked at it and said we can reuse the exisitng structure because it was up to code and replace the railing system and the deck boards with a maintenance free product. This was the icing on the cake! The entire project only took 10 weeks to completely do and we had originally thought that it would take 3-4 months. At the end of the entire project we were able to get everything we wanted and stay within our budget. I got my dream master bathroom and my husband got the ultimate man cave with a bar. Not only did the entire project transform our home but it also transformed our thoughts on how hard it would be to trust someone with our home. I can not say enough about the entire group at Noonan Construction. I have and would definetly recommend them to any of my friends or family members. This was by far one of the best experiences I have ever had dealing with a professional contracting company. Mike, Brian and Donnie: Thank you so much for making our new home what it is today. Mike came to my home and gave me an estimate for several small repairs I needed. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and thorough. A carpenter came out to perform the repairs and the work was done efficiently. Noonan Construction was very responsive to my phone calls and I was always able to reach Mike directly on his cell phone if I had any questions.

Mike Criddle came to my home to give me a estimate. He show up on time and I had alot of questions, he show me alot of samples for the floor, cabinets, granite, and painting. I had my estimate wright away. I did get three estimates and Noonan Const. was the best price and had all of insurance and license current.
