Noonan Construction

When the work was completed, the roofers did a meticulous clean-up. My deck and patio were considerably cleaner when they left than when they arrived. I won't hesitate to use Noonan again.

They were a little bit expensive. They were good and quick. They were on time and there were no negatives. There was no charge. I would use them again.

I do not recall using this Big Deal.

Don was the best. He was professional and a hard worker. I wish I could buy 100 of those coupons. He took pride in his work and did an amazing job. I would use again and agian!!!

Linda from Noonan was very professional in coordinating a time and work to be done. Don Mills, the contractor that came was extremely courteous and conscientious. Don paid particular attention to making the best use of his time.

The first snow removal company we called was late on schedule so we decided to call somebody else. That's when we found Noonan construction. We had two cars on our driveway and two more cars parked on the street that was completely covered with snow (thanks to our rude neighbor). Noonan construction came out in 30 minutes and helped us move the two cars within 20 minutes. They were fast, on-time, and professional. The price was a little high but it was last minute so it was worth every penny. Will def use them again! Thanks, guys!

They remodeled the kitchen, 2 bathrooms and the rest of the house. The house had good bones but was in need of updating. Noonan did a great job and Mike Criddle had a lot of ideas for the updates. Mike is truly very Knowledgeable when it comes to what new buyers will want and need. He has been in the business of rehabbing homes for many years because his father does it. They have always been easy to work with, very helpful and always keep to the deadline in which I give them. I would refer them to anyone that is in need of work at there personal home as well as an investment property.

This deal was advertised as follows: $49 for a kitchen or bathroom design consultation with 3-D renderings In-home consultation Final in-home plan review $500 credit toward your total remodeling project if you hire service provider to perform the work Purchase one deal per room being redesigned The deal has been paid for, but I haven't had the final in-home plan review. The purchase of the deal was confirmed on 10/27, and the initial consultation occurred on 11/8, in accordance with my work schedule. Mike was knowledgeable, very nice, explained a lot, and offered suggestions. This was appreciated since I only knew I didn't like my current kitchen, but wasn't sure what to do with it. I received the rendering via email on 12/5, visited the kitchen show room on 12/12, and sent an email on 12/13 regarding next steps. Though I indicated there was no rush due to the holidays, an acknowledgement with some tentative dates to continue the discussion would have been appreciated. Buyers must not only read, but understand. the fine-print. That is, know that a rendering does not include measurements, nor is it a representation of what things will "exactly" look like. It's an approximation. Also understand that the true value of the deal only kicks in when the remodeling project is contracted. The deal states "Start your remodeling project by creating the perfect design for less." ... If you only want a design, you can get designs for free from other companies.

I purchased the Big Deal for NOONAN CONSTRUCTION/MARYLAND'S BEST ROOFING/SIDING.

He fixed everything that I asked him to fix and did it well and in a timely manner. I thought I had a full day of work, for six and a half hours day of work to do and he was done with time to spare. As a matter of fact, I used him for a second time after that.

We ended up going with another company based on my co owners choice, but I thought Mike did a great job with putting the quotes together, coming out on time to bid the project etc. Will hire again for another project, i'm sure.

It went wonderful, there wasn't anything I asked him to do that he couldn't do! He was so fast that I was able to go home an hour early.

I hired him to do some wall repairs and paint a very high stairwell. He was very professional and did an excellent job. He came another day to complete some painting and install a fan. Overall I am quite satisfied with Noonan Construction.

I puchased a handyman deal for 6 hours of work. Since Noonan was a siding/roofing company, and I needed work done in this area, I figured it was a good deal. I needed 1) siding replaced on the back of my home and 2) flashing replaced on the side of the house at the roof line. I provided all materials. I even provided pictures of the damage in an email. Eventually, the siding work was done and it was perfect! Took about 3 hours. My issues with Noonan ( which have been addressed) are 1) they did not show up the first time due to a scheduling error and they were not responsive at one point ( guy on vacation??). And 2) they could not do the flashing repair because "it was too high" and they did not have a ladder tall enough ( it was 2.5 stories). Any special equipment would have to be at my cost. I did receive a call from the owner explaining the issue, and they will be honoring the balance of my 6 hour purchase. However, I've since had the flashing replaced by a roofer who does have the correct equipent and used an extra man to steady the ladder. As I discussed with Mr Noonan, it seems like there needs to be better communication before you purchase an Angle's dea as the work to be done and the driving distancel...its only fair to he customer And the contractor.

The man from Noonan Construction/Maryland's Best Roofing/Siding was professional, prompt, and sent me pictures. The service is for a residence that I rent. He was actually one of the few that was worth going to.

It took approximately 2 weeks for the project to begin. I mention this because I want you to be aware of the excellent communication Mike Criddle provided when the weather was not as cooperative as needed for this project. Since I purchased the handyman special, Mike was able to communicate all of the materials required beforehand so that the project would not be delayed while waiting for the materials to arrive on the day the work was to be performed. We were able to communicate both telephonically and via email. FYI I was able to contact him prior to purchasing the handyman special to ensure that he was able to do this project prior to purchase. The representative from Noonan arrived on time and was professional, friendly and removed all the debris prior to his departure. I am very pleased with the outcome, no more water dripping into the dining room and oh yes the ants are no longer marching in two by two or otherwise. :) I would definitely use Noonan again! Thanks Mike I appreciate the work and responsiveness.

This project took place in a couple of visits over the course of a number of months. The length of the project was due to a number of mishaps with the materials I ordered. This was not the fault of Noonan. But basically, the last interaction with them left me with such a bad feeling that I could not give them a good review. The worker they sent did decent work, but the supervisor was quite rude.

They came right out, they were very friendly and professional. They walked us through all the different things and they were great. They did an estimate but we haven't decided on the work yet. We talked to them on the phone and I tried to explain my issue. They went through a lot of things that could have been, they were very knowledgeable and really took time to explain everything to us, I really appreciate that.

It went very well. They were nice and clear. They did what they were supposed to do. The presentation was good. They were very responsive.

Prompt, attentive, professional. A great experience, would recommend and intend on using in the future.

Excellent job! This was a LIving Social deal of 4 hrs. of labor for $100. Don was very efficient, so efficient that he finished the work we had planned and we had more time left. He gladly did the additional work we asked him to do. He clearly takes pride in the quality of his work and was knowledgable about home repair. I gave them a C in responsiveness because it did take a while to arrange a date for them to come out. It should be noted though that they were overwhelmed with the response from the Living Social deal so thats why it took so long. Under other circumstances their response time may be different. Overall, I'd hire them again in a minute.

I purchased a Living Social deal for them and they were fabulous. The guy that came was fabulous. He came a little early. I was really happy with the work. He worked the entire time and got some things done. The guy that came out was Don. He was super.

My initial experience with Noonan was extremely positive and made me confident in their services. Teddey replied to all of my emails in a timely fashion and worked with me in order to get the guys out at the most convenient times for me, thanks Teddey! Their initial visit to my house was good. They came in and got straight to work. Every visit after that went well except for one; We complained to Noonan and they readily took time off (discounted total due for the days work) for the lack of performance of his worker. Unfortunately, however, we were disappointed in their lack of punctuality and keeping scheduled appointments. I don't think that any of the guys showed up on time and more than twice I had appointments cancelled on the same day they were suppose to come out, subsequently dragging the time frame of the job from 2-3 days to 1-2 months! Nevertheless, the job was done nicely but punctuality and keeping scheduled appointments are lacking.
