We had an excellent experience with Liberty. We got an estimate from Brad along with several other companies. The presentation was helpful and we felt very comfortable. Some of the other companies were really high pressure and ultimately we wanted to make sure to choose a company that we felt we could trust. We decided to go with Liberty and the job was scheduled and completed as planned. Everything went great, the roof looks beautiful and as you can see I am writing this review rather late and we have had absolutely no leaks or issues! I also recommended this company to my parents and they did their roof and siding too!

The service was very good. They were in and out quickly, and they cleaned up after themselves.

They were okay. It was good. The price was fair. They did a great job.

They first came out in early June and gave me an estimate, and originally said that the work could be completed by mid-June. The work was not completed, however, until mid-August. I was out of town for approximately 2 weeks during this period, so the delay was not solely their fault. They did, however, cancel (or fail to show up altogether, without any warning) for no fewer than 3 appointments over a 6 week period. They only came out to complete the work once they realized that they had not been paid. (After this realization, the work was completed within 1 week). When the windows were originally put in, I noticed that they had been put in crooked (thankfully before they had done the indoor finishing work). They fixed them beautifully, but if I had not noticed, they would have left me with crooked windows. If you hire these guys, I would take a careful look before they leave to make sure you're satisfied. They ended up giving me a nominal discount on the final bill, which was nice.

A neighbor came over to complain that they took too long. They were supposed to remove an attic fan but did not, they offered to return but by then i did not trust the re do. The inside was a complete mess, I should have expected that but did not think about pior to (they had to cut away the roof for the peak) and I see some pretty big chucks of the wood slats, at least 3/4 of one, is gone and I see just the black paper. Over all the estimate and the availability was fast and timely, and I did have a good response from the office, Brad, about my complaints.

The sales person set-up an appointment with me a few days after I called. He explained all of the details and gave me a great price. About a week later an installer came to the house to take measurements, check for lead paint in the existing windows and answer any additional questions I had. About 3 weeks later I received a call that the custom made windows were ready and I scheduled an installation date for later that week. I agreed with the person scheduling the installation date that because of the threat of bad weather the installation may be postponed by a day or two. The installation was postponed one day of which I had anticipated and had no problem with. The installers called about 45 minutes prior to arrival to let me know they were on their way. They arrived and went right to work. I believe it took about 4 to 5 hours to get the old windows out and install the new. During that time I chatted with them briefly and found them to be very friendly and professional. They installed the wonderful new windows and thoroughly cleaned them along with their work area and hauled away all of the debris. Overall I am very happy with the entire process and love the new windows. I plan on contacting them later this year to discuss more work I would like done to my house.

I liked the salesman, he was not high pressure and I liked the price too. I bought 6 windows and a sliding glass door. The only thing negative I can say is that the installation took a while, because the installer was late arriving on the day scheduled and then did not come back the next day as arranged. I had to call the office to get the work completed.

Replaced all old windows in colonial house with new double hung vinyl. Great working out details and a price with Pete and his team was very professional and efficient. I wanted a better quality window then he originally quoted and the difference in price was reasonable. Looking back, I probably should have stayed with his recommendation, which I'm sure would have sufficed; but I'm still happy with my decision. I would highly recommend Liberty Windows and Siding.

The installation went well. The workers were professional in their dealings with the customer. They cleaned up after work was completed. We are very happy with the outcome of the new windows. It was as efficient as what Mr. Peter Deily said it would be. We can tell the difference in the temperature in the rooms. The noise reduction is good. Overall, we are very satisfied with the service, the windows and the people from Liberty Windows. Good job!!!

We contacted Liberty Windows and Sidings for an estimate on a new roof. They provided us an estimate in a timely fashion. The price was competitive. They were very professional. We eventually decided to go with a different roofer who does only roofs. However, if we need new windows or siding in the future we would definitely give them a try.

I was referred to Liberty by a neighbor. I did extensive research to make sure that the company I was going to use was licensed and insured. They had all the proper documentation and I also confirmed that their license and insurance policies were active as I found out by calling on a few other companies that I had received bids from that their paper work was not legit. Liberty was able to compete with other roofing companies as far as price is concerned. When I explained that I was going to go with another company due to the price, their salesman Brad was able to negotiate the price down to an agreeable amount. I decided to go with Liberty as our neighbor was very satisfied with their work. Everything went as planned and they did an excellent job. It has rained a few times and so far no leaks! Brad was very accomodating and an overally great guy to work with. Would highly recommend.

While Peter was do his research, I was doing mine and I found a window I preferrred because of some unique characteristics. It is with regret that I was unable to purchase this window through Liberty Windows because the Marvin windows can be bought and installed only through authorized Marvin dealers. Note that I was unable to comment on the quality of the suggested window because I hadn't seen it or had it installed. I do know that for the features it has, the price was reasonable.

Contacted Liberty in November to get an estimate for new roof on my small rancher. My roof had been leaking for about 8 months with any storm that had heavy rains/high winds. This company had been referred to me by a co-worker, and I was pleased that the company gave the same salesman the job/commission. Brad contacted me within a day to set up an appointment. He went up on the roof to do a visual inspection, take pictures, and then went through his estimate thoroughly with me. I explained that I would have the funds ready to do the work by March, and he assured me the quote would still be good. He left me with the roofing material brochure so I could decide later which color of architectural shingle. He also went over installation best practices with me several times, as I was concerned about putting a new roof on mid-winter. I contacted Brad in early February to schedule the work. Again, he was very responsive in getting back with me, and arranging a convenient time to review the final quote. We signed the contract on a Thursday, and he collected 1/3 deposit. Exactly as described, the roof shingles arrived on Monday and the installation crew on Tuesday. The crew consisted of about 5 men, with a foreman who asked me to confirm the location of the bathroom vent. I came back at lunchtime unannounced, and my deck and shrubs were protected and everything seemed to be in order. It is hard to rate a new roof -- it looks like a roof and unless something is done really bad, you probably wouldn't notice a leak until months later. All in all, I was pleased with both Brad and the crew, the work looks good, the cleanup was done so you couldn't tell they were even there, and as promised they finished in a day. I am still waiting for the roofing material warranty paperwork, but Brad did explain that would take a few months to come in.

The experience was very good. They did the job.

This company came out on time. They were very courteous, clean, neat and professional. I took a long time in selecting the right company and I am very happy with the work they did. The windows look beautiful.

We thought they were unprofessional. They seemed annoyed by our concerns. They didn't follow through on what they promised. They say they don't outsource their work, but that is exactly what they did. They subcontracted a full time teacher who built decks part time. It took our deck twice as long to be built than it should have. Our deck didn't pass inspection on the first time. He had to fix some things before it would pass inspection from the county.
