Great experience all around. Requested a quote and literally received a call within less than 5 minutes. He was willing to come out the next day. I requested a Saturday appointment and he was right on time. We didn’t have everything we needed and he went out to Home Depot and came right back to finish the job. He’s a true professional with a lot of knowledge and experience. We’re even hiring him to install security cameras and a flood light. Would absolutely recommend his services to anyone!

Jay was timely, very professional and went above and beyond to mount our TV and hide all of the cords in the wall. While we had previously had cables threaded through the wall, the prior technician had not left enough room to add any cords. Jay had to create additional space and plates to accommodate all of the cords we had. He was very knowledgeable in troubleshooting the job and completed everything perfectly and efficiently. He was also very personable. We will definitely call him again for other jobs.

Jay was very prompt in helping me to get my project completed. He troubleshot any obstacle that he ran into and was sure to get the job done. He also helped us to figure out what types of pieces would work well for our project. In the end he mounted our television and a floating shelf under the tv for us to use. He even hid all of the cables for us for our daughter’s safety. I will definitely be calling him again for additional projects.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jay who installed and replaced my garbage disposal. I was impressed by his attention to detail and his willingness to go the extra mile for his customers. When we discovered that I was missing a few parts for the installation, Jay immediately offered to drive to the Home Depot to pick them up. Jay not only hooked up my TV he programmed all the channels for me. He also went above and beyond with the positioning of the tv having to replace bracket to adjust to tv size. He did all this with a smile on his face and wonderful disposition. I will know use Jay for all my fix it jobs around the house
