Jay's installation service was excellent in every aspect. He arrived in a timely manner and worked diligently and efficiently to complete the installation process. He appeared to be well informed with regard to the equipment being installed and answered the homeowner's questions regarding the equipment and the installation process without hesitation. He was courteous and respectful of the homeowner's residence and left the work area clean upon departure. Very professional!

Jay took down my old projector and installed a new larger one which required a new ceiling mount. He had to make an extra trip to my house because I initially did not have the right ceiling mount (my fault, not his). Jay's price was very reasonable. Heis work was excellent. The pro did an okay job, but the experience was disappointing. There was poor communication, and he seemed more focused on charging for everything than being upfront with a clear quote. Worse, the TV he mounted in my bedroom fell on me because it was not screwed in properly. While he technically finished the work, the quality and safety were unacceptable.

Jay did an outstanding job troubleshooting how to repair an electric recliner in my home theater. Found and replaced the parts. Jay was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. A pleasure to work with. The chair is now functioning like new.

Jay was great! He communicated well, came prepared, and knocked the job out extremely quickly. My family is 100% satisfied with our project and will definitely use Jay again and recommend to friends.

The pro estimated in advance that the job would take roughly an hour and that I would be charged a $100 for the first hour and $65 for subsequent hours. It ultimately took 3 hours and I was charged a $100 plus $65 an hour for 3 hours and $20 for parts., totaling $315. He identified the solution to the problem within 15 minutes of arrival, whereupon he left and went to pick up a cable. Upon return, an additional 2+ hours were spent connecting the TV to the AV receiver, with the cable and figuring out how to make the 2 components properly communicate with one another. The time this took was a reflection of his competence, which I ultimately had to pay for.
