The provider's cleaning ladies did an outstanding cleaning job. However, working with the provider's point of contact was totally unsatisfactory, getting her to return phone calls took weeks just to schedule the service. Don't know the problem - understaffing?

I purchased a 5 hour Big Deal. Two young women worked non-stop for 2 and a half hours. They were very thorough and managed to get these areas in great shape in the given time. I have been concentrating on getting outdoor work done, but hope to have them back when finished. I highly recommend Home Sweet Home Cleaning.

Isabelle and her assistant have cleaned our home a number of times, and we have always been very satisfied with their thoroughness and their eagerness to please.

I emailed, called, and spoke to the owner, Sue Doyle, to set up a date for the service to begin. I had difficulty getting her to give me a date because she kept asking me how many hours I wanted each cleaning. The deal says: "This deal covers 3 months of housecleaning of bi-weekly cleanings for 3 months with 2 man hours per visit (a total of 12 hours per duration!)" So I expected that the 2 hours per cleaning would be adequate, since the deal specified that I was purchasing "3 MONTHS" of housecleaning. What I found most upsetting was the fact that Sue kept insisting that 2 hours probably wouldn't be adequate to clean my whole house, and that I should expect to add extra hours at an hourly fee. Eventually, I insisted upon setting a date to start, and said we'd see what happened. Fortunately, Isabella and Maria who actually do the cleaning, are both delightful and great workers. Since I only want certain types of cleaning done, they have been able to accomplish everything I want in the 1-hour period they are hear (thus, the 2 hours per biweekly clean). I told Sue that she is hurting her business by really pushing the upsell before the service even gets started. It makes her BIG DEAL seem like a loss leader. However, I am now very happy with the service and the price! For someone such as myself who wants specific and limited cleaning, it's great to find both a service that allows me to pay for what I need rather than some arbitrary flat fee.

Sue was very accommodating and we discussed what areas I needed done and which we would skip. I did have to discuss these details again with the staff, as they didn't seem to have this info. The staff split up to tackle the job and I was satisfied with their work.

I called for an appointment and I never received a response.

They said in the "Big Deal" that extra hours were available for additional costs and I asked for that and she told me she couldn't accommodate that. They did fulfill what was included in the "Big Deal". They were on time.

I thought my parents (81/79) could use some help around the house and was nervous about their reaction. I was happily surprised that they saw this as a good thing. Making the arrangements took a little doing but once the connection was made it worked out well. They have been very pleased with the service and the attention to details. Looks like I will have to renew! :-)

They sent 3 people for 1 hour and 45 minutes. Instead of each taking a separate room they worked as a group. Altogether in the kitchen taking their time. I would have gotten much better service if 1 person had come for 5 hours as I believed I purchased. I was told when they called me that I would get 2 people for 2.5 hours. When they arrived 3 came an worked together. They were very slow this way. At least they should have worked in 3 separate rooms, not together. It was just a social gathering. I would not recommend them.

They are very good. Their prices depend on the house that they clean. They come in time and they clean. I am not here usually when they do clean, I come home I get to see a clean house. I have not had to do anything, even I do not have to tell them to pay attention more to this or do more of that, so they do a good job.

They were on time, took pride in their work, the owner was there to inspect my home after it was cleaned - that is a first for me. I will use them again - I really liked the follow up as sometimes you get a great first time but then just average service after that with cleaning.

I am sorry we are living in Florida for another month. That is the reason I am not using service right now.

I’ve sent two email, called multiple times a day a few time & left 2 messages total, with no response over the past week. I’m contact Angie’s List for a refund. I need someone more responsive.

Two very nice women arrived on time and began working right away. They did an excellent job and I would continue to use this service except I live out of their covered area. it was a wonderful experience!

The first visit was when I took advantage of a coupon. I was delighted with the work and the ladies who cleaned for us and we are now regular customers. I love our regular team (Isabella and Maria.) They are always on time, always pleasant and do a wonderful job EVERY time. I consider them both friends. Sue Doyle, the owner, is easy to reach, responsive and pleasant. I am very glad I saw that first coupon!

They were very nice and prompt. They did an OK job. However, they did not clean my house to my standards. There were a couple areas that they missed.

It turned out fine and they did what they were supposed to do. They did a really nice job on the kitchen, but I felt the dusting could have been better. They obliged when I requested anything additional.

I was pleased with their cleaning and thoroughness. Tough to judge them by one visit but, except for the annoyance I mentioned earlier, it was a good experience.

I had some issues with scheduling. The times they had didn't work for me or didn't work for them. So I ended up getting someone else that would be able to assist.

The crew was late arriving (after already rescheduling by text message at 10 pm the night before). But they did a fine job, especially with the kitchen. The problem is that I told the supervisor (as well as the crew themselves) that I was using this visit as a way to "interview" them, as I was interested in committing to a regular cleaning contract (bi-weekly). They never contacted me, never called back with contract details, never followed up. I interpreted this as a sign that they didn't want my continued business.

aI bought the Angie's list coupon which was $249.00 for 13 hours of cleaning. The owner of the company was very responsive and we had cleaning dates set up very quickly. I would have liked to have met someone, but - with my work schedule I was only able to leave a "hidden" key and the crew came and went without my seeing anyone. My kids said the crew worked hard, and the house looked/smelled great when I got home. It was unsettling to not know the exact times for their work, and apparently, I still have a 30 minute "credit" on the original coupon. They came and cleaned twice, so - evidently, with more than one cleaner, they used up 12.5 hours. That means, if they had 2 ladies - they would have had to be in my house for 3 hours each time (with 30 minutes of buffer time) - which means I was "charged" for 6 hours each time. I guess that seems right... All-in-all, I would say it was a decent deal - but, I wonder what it would cost at "full-price" and - without knowing how long they are truly in my house, how can I really know? It feels like they might say it took 2 people 3 hours when it only takes 1-2 - but how would I know? Anyway, overall - I would recommend.
