I am pleased with their service. I will continue use them and recommend their service.

Two cleaners were sent to clean home. I ended up cleaning kitchen appliances and cabinets.

The quality of their work is okay. We are unhappy with one aspect. They do not clean our gas stove. They are afraid of it. We think they are doing better now, but they were interfering with the blinds and we had to replace one set of blinds because of what they did. Now, they are more careful. In one case, they are supposed to come at a certain time and they came earlier. Generally, I leave a check for them and I was not able to because they came before I could leave the check. In most times, it is okay, but if they do not come at the time that we expect them is a problem and contacting them is a problem. So, I have had to either send the check by mail or have someone come and pick it up. When there is a problem, they are able to resolve it. I am not there most of the time when they are cleaning, but I am there at the beginning and they seem to be doing the work properly. I am dependent on my renter to tell me if there is any problem. They seem to be fine.

It was fine. Our stuffs are still here so I guess it's a good sign.

They were reasonable. I had no complaints about them.

Things were running pretty tight on my schedule because I had 2 inspections to be performed on my home prior to the tenant moving in; so time was truly of the essence. I needed to find a company that had very good ratings but wouldn't break the bank to perform a thorough cleaning of my house to pass a final inspection. I called and spoke to the owner Sue who appeared to be familiar with the process and inquired as to when it had to be done. Due to the clustered events that had led up to the time of the requested service, I informed her I needed it done ASAP. She scheduled me for the next day (1 day before the final inspection) and had the job done professionally and the inspection passed. She was a real life saver and the work was flawless! Thanks!

They started off good and toward the last few times I had to conatact the owner about areas that have not been adequately clean.

I purchased the $99.00 special for 5 hours of cleaning. They were very professional, did an excellent job. Overall, I was pleased with their cleaning and thoroughness.

Overall the service was good. However, they did not always listen to our instructions, although the owner made things right after the fact.

I purchased a Big Deal in December and planned to use it early in 2015. I found that I needed them sooner than I planned. She responded on short notice and sent 3 cleaners for a total of 4 hours. They did a nice job in a short period of time. I will use them again.

It went fine. It was a bit hard for them to understand all directions, but ultimately went fine.

I am expecting more than that. 5 hours for 3 and half bathrooms, that's not what I expected.

We had 3 ladies come to our house and clean our upstairs and downstairs for our single family home in about 2 hours and they did a great job!

The cleaning job was amazing. I'm still smiling because I'm finding details they attended to that I hadn't noticed at first. There was a slight miscommunication about cleaning the laundry room (I didn't want it done but it's clean now) but the attention to detail and work ethic of the cleaners is top notch. I would use them again. They were 2 hours late, which meant I was sitting here for 2 hours waiting for them when I had other things that needed to be done. My request would be that they notify clients if they are going to late, especially that late.

Pros: Call back from initial message I left in a reasonable amount of time; scheduling was easy; available when I needed them; ended up wiping out drawers and cabinets in kitchen as well even though owner said they wouldn't have time. Cons: contacted this company and spoke with the owner Sue. The services to be performed after much negotiation was to be what I mentioned above. Initially, I also wanted more cleaned but she said it wouldn't be possible at that cost $150 for 2 hrs and 3 people. So I agreed to just the cleaning of a master bathroom, 4 secondary bathrooms and a half bath because it was short notice (3 days I think). As mentioned, our house was vacant, and this was a move in cleaning and the house was in fairly clean condition already. What I specifically requested was: all tile floors in the bathrooms to be cleaned by hand (not mopped) and throughoug cleaning of the bathrooms including wiping outside and inside of all drawers and cabinets. I was not present when the crew arrived (my husband was) however I was very clear with Sue what I wanted done. In fact I reiterated how important it was to me that the floors be scrubbed 'by hand' as a mopping was not going to remove the build up of dirt in the higher traffic areas of the bathroom (around toilet and showers and in front of sink). When I came to the house approx. 4 days later to check before we moved in; I noticed that the bathrooms appeared to have been cleaned somewhat quickly and not all dirt/grime was removed (still had pee stains on some of the porcelain behind lid around the square things and at bottom of base by the screw covers) in all but 2 of the bathrooms. Also, there was still quite a bit of dirty tile around the toilet and shower areas on the floor (the higher traffic spots). The toilets looked clean on the inside and most of the outside but the back part behind the toilet lid was obviously not cleaned very well (where those tab things are), there was still grime and stuff left there. The floors had been cleaned but they looked as if they had only been mopped. There was still a lot of areas that could have been hand scrubbed much better and the dirt would have been removed from the grout lines. In addition, I saw dirt and hair in almost all shelves in the bathroom linen closet and on the doors. One of the full baths actually appeared as if they missed it completely (which my husband said he had to ask if they got it and they hadn't so they went back upstairs). In the end I guess they told my husband they were finished and they still had time left so they went ahead and wiped out the cabinets and drawers in the kitchen. They did an ok job with that, although, again, it was more of just a wipedown and I have since had to wipe out and scrub in some cases those areas to lay down shelf paper. Overall I was really disappointed. I felt that for 2hrs of work the bathrooms should have been practically brand new looking! They should have split up 2 bathrooms each for 2 girls and the other 1 and half bath & the kitchen for the other girl. Maybe they did that I don't know but there is no way an hour was spent on each bathroom and only have gotten that type of cleaning. I appreciated the effort but it totally fell short in my opinion. The other thing I should mention.... my husband was home during the time they arrived and he was working on the wood floors and did not hear them come in. He said they were working (and had been it looked like for maybe 10min or so). They just walked right in the front door and started working without telling him they were there. I thought that was super unprofessional. In addition, they were late by about 20 min past their scheduled window.

Provider contacted me to arrange service, advised the team of three would arrive between 1:30 and 2:30 pm. The night before the service was scheduled to occur, they sent an email asking me if I wanted to buy more time, as they were pretty sure they couldn't clean my house in the alloted 5 hours. The problem is, I already use a service that routinely cleans my house and does a great job of it in five hours or less. I responded I would not be needing any more hours. Day of the service, no email, no phone call, no cleaning team arrived. I sent an email when they were an hour late. They finally showed up at 3:35 pm which meant we had to rearrange our other commitments They did a fine job but the attempted upsell and unexplained and unapologetic Attitude for the tardiness ruined the experience.

They were booked out a bit because of the big deal, but scheduling was easy and they arrived on time. They did a great job cleaning with attention to detail.

The employees arrived at the set time and had me prioritize the ares to be cleaned. I had the house ready to make efficient use of the time and they worked very hard. I felt comfortable going out while they were cleaning and came home to a very clean house. They did the areas I wanted done most and extra vacuuming so I know they took full advantage of the time they were there! I was very pleased!

Home Sweet Home Cleaning Svs showed up on time. The house needed extensive cleaning of bathrooms, kitchen and all floors. The two cleaning professionals were excellent. They worked from the moment they entered until they finished. The women introduced themselves and walked the space with me. The results are spectacular.

Sue's very responsive and nice. The staff is very good. They will move my sofa and furniture to deep clean. I've used them for a couple of years now and they always do a great job.

They were wonderful! They were really quick, did a great job, and were right on time. They definitely could have charged more for the work they did! I liked that they used organic products, because we can't use bleach. They were very kind and courteous (which is sometimes rare among house cleaners) and we would definitely use them again in the future!

The cleaning was fine. They did a good job overall. I had some trouble scheduling. My intention was to have them clean before I had company staying at my house. Unfortunately, they were not able to accommodate my schedule

Arrived on time and finished when they said they would. Cleaning was great. Owner communicated with me throughout the scheduling process and after.

House was cleaned to my satisfaction (furniture, blinds and window sills dusted, hardwood floors dusted, bath tiles, fixtures and floors cleaned, mirrors cleaned) . The house smelled fresh, trash was emptied and taken to the outside trash receptacle. The kitchen appliances were cleaned outside, microwave cleaned inside and the floor was cleaned. I have a standing appointment with them for once a month. I have been pleased with their work, the friendliness of the workers and the promptness of their appointments. I have referred them to other family and friends.

It went extremely well. they worked for 2.5 hours with two people. They cleaned everything that needed to be cleaned. They were professional, they did an excellent job cleaning. In terms of cleaning they did an great with the floors, the bathrooms and everything else. I have already recommended them to two of my friends.
