Description of Work: Water was detected on the floor around our A/C unit so we called ESA around 10 am. A serviceman arrived by 1:30 pm and immediately determined that the condensation drain line was clogged. He cleaned and replaced the line with one we could visually check for clogs and clear them. Problem solved!

Description of Work: They replaced electrical panel in heat pump & also fixed thermostat. While fixing the thermostat, they accidentally turned off the defrost however they did come back to my house to fix that issue with no additional charge.
