Couldn't do all the work in one visit due to a remodel I was doing. They came back out three times to finish the job and test the system. They worked fantastically with the other contractors to get the job done. Mr Galla is the greatest person to deal with, he went well above and beyond to answer my questions and concerns.

I received several quotes. This company was in the mid-range as far as price. But, they had quality products and services. In addition, as it was the middle of the summer, their ability to get the system installed quickly was important. The system was replaced 4 days after I accepted the contract. The work was done well and the installers were very neat.

It went great. Maureen went over and above to help me out. Since they do not sell that product, she really did not have to do it. I will always recommend this company. They are terrific!

They have been servicing my air conditioner and furnace for about 8 hour now. They do a great job and I've never had any problems with their work. The technicians are always on time, knowledgeable, and very professional.

The key test with a contractor is whether after you hire them once whether you’ll hire them again. My answer concerning ESA is: NO. Hence the F grade. Rationale for overall F grade: They did not follow up in time after their initial diagnosis. When I found that out, they gave me a silly excuse. But for ESA’s delay I could have fixed my problem 4 days sooner. I would have swallowed that, however, except for the fact that ESA also wanted to charge irrationally high prices. Job: replace blower motor on air handler. ESA quote: $805 parts + $300 labor. I got the job done with someone else within a day for $485 parts + $150 labor. The part is OEM with 1-year warranty. I saved $370 by not going with ESA. ESA advertises: “Discover the most cost-efficient, energy-saving ways to manage the temperature…” That’s not true based on my experience. You would think ESA would look for the best parts’ price for you, right? Wrong!! Either ESA goes to whoever sells parts at the highest price, or ESA gets parts it at the same price everyone else gets but they’ll just charge you twice the price, probably to take advantage of homeowners who won’t find out the difference. You have to wonder if all those who gave an A review knew that they paid much more money as they could have paid elsewhere. Further, if ESA quotes you parts and labor costs separately and ESA is not a parts supplier, it should make no difference to ESA if you offer to buy the part yourself, assuming responsibility for the part, and just have ESA just do the labor, correct? ESA, however, won’t do that that, proving that unless they’re able to take advantage of you they don’t care about fixing your problem. That worked out to my favor anyway because I paid half the labor ESA wanted to charge.

The annual cost is $140. I think the price is fine, I don't know any other price. I've been using them for 15 years. Their responsiveness is very good. I never have to have anything fixed because it is preventative maintenance.

They couldn't come on the day of, but came the next morning. He came between the time range that they said they would. He diagnosed the problem which was a faulty part. He was professional and seemed like he knew what he was doing. I had a part warranty with the builder of my house, however I had to pay a warranty processing fee(?) of $150 which basically came out to be almost the same as if I didn't have warranty and just bought the part from them. (about $4 difference) :/ So having warranty, really didn't mean much. Perhaps if I went with a different HVAC people, they wouldn't have charged the warranty processing fee. It was hot and I needed AC, so I didn't get multiple estimates. I had to trust the good reviews and went with it.

I was disappointed at first because I called on Tues. a.m. and was given an appt. on Thursday. While I was contacting other companies, ESA called back and said they had a cancellation and someone was in the area and they were there within the hour. Ivan was very professional and courteous and explained the diagnosis and resolution completely. We were satisfied with the outcome which was adding a little over 1 lb of refrigerant at the cost of 1 lb which was $125. The diagnosis fee was $85 which was less expensive than 2 other companies I contacted.

After looking at a number of proposals from Environmental Systems Associates for different heat pumps and air conditioning systems with gas heat, we decided to go with an air conditioner system for cooling and a gas furnace for heating. The high efficiency of both systems was just what we were looking for and provides us with both economical and efficient heating and cooling. The world performed was just fantastic. The installation is neat, tidy and a mechanical work of art. We're very happy with the work they did and the operation of the system.

They came out same day and arrived on time. Did a thorough exam of my systems, and provided the estimate that day (which was one of the higher estimates I received); but before leaving offered to look at the A/C unit. The problem was diagnosed immediately and the bad part replaced on the spot for just over $300 - extending the life of the system at least one more season. MY 4TH ESTIMATE, AND THE 1st COMPANY THAT HAD ANY INTEREST IN DOING ANYTHING BESIDES SELLING ME A $10-12k SYSTEM!

ESA was the best. I could not have asked for a better experience. Their price was much lower than another quote I received. They showed up on time, wore covers on their shoes, knew what they were doing, had all the tools and parts, started and finished on time and cleaned up the work areas. If only all contractors were this fantastic.

They were very nice, and very good. The price was not out of line, it was definitely in line. They really did find an ongoing problem, they were able to locate what it was and correct it.

They are very responsive. Know what they are doing. Competent. Show up when they are suppose to. Polite. I really like them a lot. Just one technician. Very good. I go down there, he takes apart the thing. Does all the testing. Does some cleaning as needed. Recommends, as it covers the warranty, if it needs new parts as needed. The labor is included.We have to pay for the parts, That is a part of the maintenance package. Come out and put it in. Its just basic, not taking apart something. A sensor that goes bad, something that goes bad, its the replacement for the parts. Its a maintenance package. Its twice a year inspection, is what you are paying for. The technicians when they installed the HVAC. They were very professional. They know exactly what they were doing. They had to do some gas work. The technicians know what they are doing. They have to analyze the system. They take a look at the motor, the venting. They do the full inspections, including the outside units. Any testing with that.

I like their price. They're trustworthy. They're prompt and professional. From start to finish, it's just highly professional. They offer topnotch service. I absolutely would use them in the future.

You pay one hundred and eight nine dollars for two visits. Any repairs and parts, its an fifteen percent discount. I trust them totally. We had two guys for maintenance, and they are super. I am very unskilled handyman, and they don't mind telling you about electronics, and show me what it was, gave me the list, and its ten percent off, but I thought it was fifteen percent. They replaced the heat pump. Its a good price on maintenance. They do great work. The other thing they do not leave a mess behind. They clean up the leaves around the unit, its always cleaner than when they arrived. They call us to remind us about the maintenance. They called me first. I never had any issues. They come when they say they are coming. These guys are really great. I walk by the office and have a dumb question. One of the mechanics will come out, and discuss the issue. Its one the secretary could answer, but they go get the blue shirt guys to help. Its really great. I wouldn't use anyone else. I recommend them right away.
