He worked with our budget and maximized our dollars by getting us the right solution, with no pressure to upsell. He even came back to help us with an unrelated problem we were having. I would give him an A++!

Description of Work: Requested inspection and quote for conversion home heat to gas. Inspector very prompt and knowledgeable, but only got quote after multiple calls and over 5 weeks from inspection date.

Description of Work: Installed a new heat pump. Price was the best out of 3 quotes and they didn't try to push me into buying a more expensive system. Technicians were on time and cleaned up after themselves when finished.

Description of Work: Replaced furnace. They were prompt, and professional. They removed the old furnace and cleaned up before they left. There was nothing left by mistake and no trash. I have used them for years and will continue to rely on the professional opinion and their workmanship.

Covered our carpet so no mess and cleaned up everything after the installation. Have been using this company for many years now. Would highly recommend.

Everything about the company and work was exemplary with two minor exceptions. | |First, the price was somewhat higher than the competing bids I'd gotten. I chose ESA in spite of the price because the owner (who came to do the estimate) impressed me with his detail orientation, his readily evident knowledge, and his insistence that I consider some more cost-effective alternatives. | |My second issue was cleanup. A panel from the old AC unit was left on our deck, caulk was dripped on our bathroom rug and not cleaned up, and several items in the basement had pink foam sealant dripped on them. Nothing major, but annoying.

Description of Work: We've been using ESA for over 25 years. The annual service contract is a great deal as it includes a spring and winter checkup. Recently In contacted Richard about a service that they did not offer (generator). He spoke at length about our options and then referred us to another vendor - and we moved forward with that company. I would highly recommend ESA for all of your HVAC needs.
