The computer was up and running for a few days. After that I didn't have access to any of my email accounts. He told me that the factory reset should help solve the problem, but like I said it only lasted for a few days.

I purchased this immediately charging their 'deal'...which reulted in me being charged and never provided a service. I didn't capitalize on my purchase immediately...I was ill, but when I called -3 times-to set this up I received NO call back, and no answer to two other e-mails attempting to set this up In short a complete and total rip-off and I would NEVER RECOMMEND Benig BURNED bt these characters...

I was very pleased with the service Al provided- he answered all my questions without making me feel stupid no matter what I asked. He had alot of patience with my husband and I and showed us how to use our computer- neither one of us is at all computer savvy so it was a big help. He did a better job of explaining things than people we had previously used and his fees are more reasonable. Our computer is working well now and we are both pleased with the help he has provided.

Al was great! He arrived on time and was able to diagnose the problem and fix it. I do not have any more problems. Al was very courteous and respectful of my time. He did a great job, thanks for listing them as a provider.

The guy was very nice & helpful. He made sure I knew what he was doing & why. He even gave me some tips. I'm very happy with the results & would use them again.

He patiently worked with me on the phone. We did this over a two day period. He was great and the infection is gone. The Angie's price was $59 for two hours of removal. He normally charges $70 per hour but only charged me an additional $210. I was very happy with the service and will use the company again. Highly recommend them.

The big deal was fine. He was good. He came out 10 days after I bought the big deal. When I contacted them, I told them that I needed more than one hour, and so he charged me the $59 of the Angie's List special for the first hour, and then additional for the extra time. He just reserved half an hour extra. He was the owner of the company, and he was very knowledgeable and very very nice. I didn't look around for the price, I just looked at Angie's List to look at the recommendations.

They were great. Everything went as expected.

I originally discovered this vendor through an Angie's List Big Deal. This is the 3rd time that Al has helped, He is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Al installed the new router (which included a call to Verizon) and the new printer far faster than I could have done it myself (90 minutes). He patiently waited while I tested both. This was well worth the cost. (I saved $20 on the first hour by purchasing $59 on-site maintenance from Cyber Team Solutions' Angie's List page.) This company is great and I would use it again.

They initially sent me an email with three appointment times available, in which I chose one of the times. I received a response stating the time was already filled. I selected a different date and then was informed that time was also filled. They were polite and responded promptly but all appointment times were at 5:30pm and all communication was by email.

It went very well. Al called before arriving; arrived on time. He was very professional & reviewed the work plan before proceeding. He patiently answered many questions I had about related issues and recommendations about other products and services. Work was performed as requested and PC running very well now.

This service was amazing. My computer is running so much better. The consultant was patient kind. He was very very helpful about suggestions for upgrading our system and for providing information on best virus prevention to have installed . I could not be more pleased with the wonderful results. They did an absolutely fabulous job!

The visit went Great! I had been having problems connecting to my wireless service. I received a new router from my wireless provider. CTS connected the new modem and connected all six of my devices so I am now able to reach the internet. Al was great, very knowledgeble about my system and devices. He was very courteou. He arrived on time and did not leave until the job was done. I would definitely use them again.

With each visit he was prompt and EFFICIENT!!! When possible he worked remotely which lowered the fee rate. He explained what he had to do, what he did, and would walk us through any new "stuff"--software and hardware--so that we were comfortable using. He was extremely good about answering follow-up questions if I had forgotten an item or function. He really knows what he's doing, but is not arrogant with those of us who aren't computer savvy--he explains things in non-jargon terms and uses great analogies. We will continue to use him and to take his advice re: the best for our computer security. His fees are fair and reasonable--the $80 I listed above was for one of his visits--- cost of service varies depending on time spent services and on hardware/software costs, when needed.

The technician was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I learned quite a bit from his explanations while performing the repairs.

The provider contacted me promptly and set up a time to call back to do the work. He was prompt for the phone appointment. After the hour of work that I purchased, there was no change to my laptop's performance. None. However I did not realize it at the time because we had been back and forth so much, doing different things. At the end of the session the provider made an offer to make another appointment to do more, but I declined as I did not know at the time what had or had not improved. I said I would call back if I thought I required more of his time. Had I realized nothing at all had been fixed, I still would not have spent more time and money on the project. This service might work for some, as the provider seemed to know his business, but for me it was a 100% fail.

It feels as if I spent the money on learning stuff on my computer I DIDN't know. Everything he explained was confusing. I probably wasn't clear on what was needed. Maybe if I had spent more money or scheduled him earlier, I might have understood his explanations. UPDATE 6/27/15: our two devices have deteriorated further. The tech should have been able to free up memory on my iPod touch and Mac. Would not ever hire again. I feel as though I was conned out of $50. Grade for services is now worth a solid F. I am not a happy camper.

I have computer issues with my PC, I contracted this business through Angie's List. I placed the deal at about 9 am asking to contact me asap giving my home and cell numbers. I called the company at about 5 pm to try to set up an onsite visit at my home. After explaining my problem, a female who answered the business phone advised me that she had 48 hrs to get back to me "as per Angie's list". I asked her if we could set something up as I had serious issues with my computer. She again replied that she had 48 hrs to get back to me "as per Angie's list". Now thats what I call customer servise. I told her to cancel my request and I would find another company. Now I have to get a refund.

It was fine. The laptop miraculously started while he was there, although it quit on us a few months later. The guy was nice and professional!

It went great. They fixed all the problems. Everything was cleared up. They were very good at what they do. They did what they needed to do and we were happy.

Everything went very well. He was punctual, determined to find a solution to my problem and took time until the job was done. Gave troubleshooting advice for any future issues as well

Very professional and courteous. Didn't need service.
