I've used Cyber Team Solutions to resolve critical hardware and software issue over the last five years (Al helped me either via phone or during a home visit). This time he came in person, arriving exactly on time. Now, all is well. This company is fabulous. I highly recommend it!

After a recent automated software update, I lost access to all my Microsoft Office files. Not only did the programs disappear from my tool bar (Windows 10), they no longer appeared in Explorer. While I tried several paths to resolve the problem myself, none of them helped, so I called Al, who has assisted me reliably several times before. He ran a remote fix, which returned everything to normal. Thank you, Al! You always provide wonderful and timely customer service (and you serve as a calming influence for those of us prone to panic when technology misbehaves).

AL with Cyber Team IT was able to log on to our system to provide remote emergency assistance and correct the inability of our operation office to connect to the server and properly process work tickets. Al was knowledgeable and quickly navigated through our systems to identify the problem and make corrective actions. Exceptionally well, as is always the case with Cyber Team Solutions. Mr. Estevez is a first-rate pro with unquestioned computer skills and integrity. I think he had correctly diagnosed the problems before he even arrived. I have used his services a few other times and will do so again. Oh, he did in fact quickly fix the problems and also made some suggestions to help my future computer adventures.

My 7-year old HP laptop suddenly died on 9/6/2021 (Labor Day). Despite the holiday, I phoned AL at Cyber Team Solutions (he had originally setup the unit). During a phone consultation, he advised that repair was a waste. He then offered replacement characteristics so I would know what to buy. On 9/15, he arrived at my home where he transferred my files and reconfigured the new unit to behave just like the old one. Great customer care! (He was particularly kind to someone who often feels technically challenged.) I highly recommend Al and the wonderful service that he provides.

Cyber Team Solutions read my list of software issues and immediately made the necessary software fixes and showed me the correction steps to address these software fixes in the future. The call went amazing. Problem was fixed after quite a long time but there was no other way of doing it considering the amount of problems with the computer. Very patient and willing to explain what was going on.

I was contacted immediately with a date and time for Al to come take a look. He showed up exactly when he said he would and worked for 2 days to get my files off the computer and to get my pc back up and running. Excellent! Al Estevez was knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and accommodating. He wore a mask and gloves as PPE, was on time, worked quickly, and knew the subject matter very well. He took care of iMac and iOS issues, and came to my house on a weekend. His prices were very fair for the work performed. I would recommend him to friends or neighbors.

Al came to my home recently to get my new Dell AIO computer up-and-running, transfer old files and apps from old computer to new, connect new computer to my printer, and generally ensure a smooth transition, all for a very reasonable price and all exceptionally well done. I have used Mr. Estevez' services many times previously not only because he knows his stuff, he is also a man of unquestioned integrity and high ethical standards. If/when I need computer support services in the future, which is almost a certainty, I will hire Cyber Team Solutions; you should too.

I've been a client of CyberTeamSolutions for at least 6 years. Although his business has thrived since then, I find Al and his staff to be the same competent, accessible, and responsible people they were in the beginning. I've been the beneficiary of their flexibility, too. Al has been able to meet my service needs in multiple formats - in my home, by phone, by remote computer connections, and even (in an emergency) by a drive-by drop-off at their office! Can't say enough about this group's expertise, integrity and downright user-friendliness. Call them!

It went well- he not only installed the update- he also explained things to us and answered all of our computer questions- we are not computer savvy so that was important to us. I also had to call with a follow-up question and he took care of that. He is competent and helpful and easy to talk with. I would use his services again.

CyberTeam Solutions upgraded my aged Dell laptop (circa Nov. 2011, but still working quite well) from Windows 7 to the Windows 10 operating system. I contacted them after checking the Microsoft website and ascertaining that my laptop had sufficient memory and processing power to accommodate Windows 10. Al Estevez arrived promptly at the time of the appointment, and performed the update. Although it took some time - a good couple of hours - to do the update, Mr. Estevez was very patient and thorough. After the update was completed, he stayed while I checked that the laptop was performing correctly and that I could access my e-mail and my files - and my laptop continues to work well. All in all, this worked out very well and I am very pleased with my experience with CyberTeam Solutions. If I had computer\IT issues in the future, I would certainly contact them again.

I was skeptical when I found out that I would be working with someone “remotely” instead of coming to the house. But Al made a believer of me. He got right to work and stepped me thru all the screens, very patient and easy going, very knowledgeable. He did all the work from his end and I am back in business. His expertise was priceless. The technician was very knowledgeable and thorough. He was able to find and fix the issues with the computer and patiently explained what had happened. He ran a diagnostic test on the printer and we discovered it was just shot.

The IT professional did a through job cleaning our computer and installing protective software. We would use him again.

The company was available the same day. The person spent two hours working on optimizing the transponders, and offering an alternative if these adjustments did not make the difference. High quality service.

Great. I had struggled all day to get a new printer to install wirelessly. The instructions were obscure and the on-line help simply ran me in circles. I have been calling on Al at Cyber Team for years and he always is able to fix or sort out or whatever. I put in a request and he came promptly, later that afternoon. The printer continued to put up some resistance, but Al quickly had it under control and working properly. There was enough time left in the hour for him to set up the software so I could play a DVD of granddaughter's school performance. Al is always prompt, professional, knowledgeable and expert. He has very extensive experience. And he pays attention to trying to save his customers money, in terms of what is needed to buy, and what is not, what is the best product and place to get it economically. It is a great help to have him as a resource.
